The S197 is the Mustang that got me back into Mustangs.. Not just the Motor and the power they made but how they looked.. They brought that old new look together well.. Right now though I am loving my Gen 2 S550 she's a ripper but very smooth feeling car.. Plus having a GT in a Manual is so much fun..

After the first vid I got hooked up with the mini damn you making me get one! got dibs on the wheels and tires nice looking set up on a white S550, last week I installed the Ford Performance water pump and MMR water pump pulley with the titanium bolts the pulley is way lighter than the steeda and cheaper got it from Lethal fyi
I do need to get a lot more light weight parts for Apollo
With those sawzall blade they have short blades and I have cut the blades in half both ways to make them shorter and thinner for when I cut my Roush fender vents out
I do like those vents they have
If you wet the exhaust wrap it makes it easier 😅

That’s all in the 60ft than if your car leaves harder out the hole you will get a better time but your mph might go down

@@streetpulls780 yeah if you get your 60ft down to a 1.6 on a tire that’s a 11.7-8 pass for you all day long
@@ItalianStallion410 stock suspension and axles prob won't do 1.6 but anything under 2. I got ESS G3 but terrible gearing for 1/4 and DA in the mountains everything is slow up here. If you're still n/a your mph is def lower than mine, I'm backhalfing hard. Car works good for rolls
@@streetpulls780 get a Hoosier tire on good prep you can get a 1.6 in a stick car easy I have friends that got a 1.4 at the track all you need is a driver side gt350 axle and you’ll be good

Question for u I’m very close to buying a gt500 in talk with a few cars now. In Canada there pretty high price there a 2022 track pack carbon for 159,000 and I found a 2020 base gt500 for 119,000 u think I would be just as happy with the 119 one as the carbon 2022 ?
@@jdrider4149 I wouldn’t buy one with the carbon package cause of the wheels and if you really arnt racing the car to reach it full potential with all those parts it’s not necessary in my opinion
