italianstallio...
bought my first manual mustang 6 months ago they are the easiest cars to learn on and as much as i would love a 10 speed nothing beats the feel of banging gears
I agree it’s such a blast I really love this car
Same. I’ve owned a 10 speed GT and now a 6 speed 2020 GT. Nothing beats banging gears manually.
Thank you. Been driving over 35 years and never had a manual car. I have always wanted a mustang GT and was always on the fence about automatic or manual, but this video convinced me to go manual. Thanks!
@@MrRoarkeFI you are gonna love it and good choice
Awesome video on the hill assist feature. I learned to drive a manual ‘69 F100, with a 3-speed on the column. I had a large practice field , at age 14 …before I got my permit at 15. One of the perks of growing up in the country! Everyone needs to know how to do this. Great job educating people with driving a manual. That is the easiest first gear takeoff I have ever seen. Anyone could drive the new Mustang manual! That’s the hardest part …learning to get started in first gear.👏💯
That’s so awesome I always wanted to drive a manual that was on the column those are so cool
I had a A10 Dark Horse and traded it in for a manual. I've always had manual Mustangs and I missed shifting the gears. I don't care about being the fastest. It's all about the driving experience for me and the DH and Tremec are like bread and butter.
@@EdMan1963 facts the Tremic is so nice good choice I love mine
I had the S650 GT premium performance pack built and got the 6sp and love that shit every day. Never gets old and always rowdy!
They are a blast
LOVE YOUR DARK HORSE.KEEP THE VIDEOS COMING.TAKE CARE JAKE 😎
I will I got so many more coming!
Yes! When racing Never let off the gas when shifting a manual😂😂😂😂
Bring that z06 up here I need a snack 😂
😂😂😂get ready!
Sure, are you paying for a new clutch kit?😅😅😅😅
dat shirt fyeee
Thx my brother 🤍
FYI Auto-Hold is not the same as Hill Start Assist
Noted I appricate it
Been debating on a 10 speed or getting a manual and teaching myself how to drive manual cause it would be more fun.
If you don’t plan on racing it and it’s a fun daily I would go manual
Pedal in no no no oh sorry thought I was teaching my wife again lol 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Love to see you ripping gears!
I love it sm
Learned to drive on my grandads Opel, not sure what year it was but I started off with a manual and never drove another manual since. Wonder if I still got it but at least I can say I've never stalled lol.
🔥 content as always Jake
Thanks my brother and that’s so cool I wish I got to learn on a really old car
i really want the new mustang dark horse it’s so sick, but i really like trucks and getting a new denali is a goal but i really like these s650s
Trucks are always nice to
What’s up homie💯. You were straight shifting that shit like a pro👍🏽. Great video bro! Keep your head up man! Give her hell brotha.
Thanks my brother
Great video sir, a manual car will also save on your brakes if you use the engine to come to a stop.
That is also true I forgot to mention that
IMO, they make manuals so easy to drive now, that I think even my wife could do it. Driven manuals since '92, first auto was in '02. Next auto (after 28 other cars/trucks) is my 2020 GT500 I got last year. As you can tell, I am pretty much a manual guy.
Yeah I agree they are so easy now it’s insane
Thank you for the informative video. I honestly prefer to drive without the brake hold tho. I have a Manual 24 Mustang GT
Yeah me to it’s weird at sometimes and it will hold way to long on some hills I have noticed
@@ItalianStallion410 yeah and almost make me stall. So I don’t bother using it.
I've had many many manuals but the last few vehicles were auto and my supercharged S550 is a 10R80. HOWEVER, my new Dark Horse (secured today) is a 6 speed. Rock on Manual Nation.
What is the tint level on your sides and rear? Those look awesome!!
I did 5% on the sides and 50% on the windshield and back glass was like 30%
@@ItalianStallion410 Damn bro! No wonder it's so dark. I think we can do 20% in the back but I think the sides are like 30% max allowed in Ontario.
@@Michael-CS I don’t listen to the law 😂 they cry about everything I tell them go get a real criminal it’s just a money grab
@@ItalianStallion410 Awesome video man. I didn't know about the "You can downshift multiple gears with the clutch pushed in, once in final gear then you let out" bit on these cars. I've always had to clutch in, downshift, clutch out. Clutch in, downshift again, clutch out. Man the manual has gotten stupid easy.
I can shift just as fast as that but I don't make a face looking like I am dropping a deuce. Maybe I should try that and I won't miss 3rd.
Cool story
@@ItalianStallion410 not a cool story but a great one.
i had an auto and sold it for a manual i have more fun with my manual. grate vido's 👍
Thank you!
I was sink or swim when I learned. 1976 GMC 3500 dually dump truck. Had to drive the truck back from the shop (new clutch installed). My boss told me to get the truck back or find a new job.
That’s so crazy I would love to try and drive a old truck
Yes Sir 🇺🇸💪🏼🐎
🫡
You brake with the top left ball of your foot and roll your ancle till the blade edge of your foot blips the gas.. That's what I do in my 17..
I have did that before messing around
I LEARNED HOW TO DRIVE ON A MANUEL WHEN I WAS ELEVEN YEARS OLD,(IN 1973). IT WAS AN OLD VW BEETLE. MY CURRENT CAR IS A MANUAL. I KNOW THE NEW AUTOMATICS ARE FASTER,BUT TO ME THE MANUEL IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO,(I'M OLD SCHOOL)! I OWN A 2022 MUSTANG GT ICE WHITE EDITION WITH ACTIVE EXHAUST AND IT'S A 401A PACKAGE,(DIGITAL DASH,FULL LEATHER,ETC).
That’s so sick I wish I coulda learned when I was that young
Question about long tube headers... what's the difference between the sizes? 1-3/4" vs 1-7/8th vs 2"
That’s just the size difference best one to go with is the 1-7/8th for these cars that’s what I have
Bro could you make a video on your GTR?! 🙏🫣
That’s coming next brother
I’m in the process of trying to convince my wife to get a manual mustang. I wanna learn how to drive stick
It’s so easy yall will really love it
So I know how to drive manuel, but I still get nervous about driving manuel vehicles because I seem to have trouble of getting the hang of first gear, or getting the car going.
It takes time you will get it tho
You should have a track day coming up.Cause you bought the dark horse from ford...
Yeah I am going to book that next week
What radars detector do you used
Valentine one
what's the exhaust system you got on? beautiful car man
Thanks brother I have headers and a X pipe stock mufflers
I brought my first manual 04 GT in 2008. Had to sell it because of financial problems. The Dark horse is next
Can’t wait tell you get a dark horse you are gonna love it god bless 🙏🏽🇺🇸
Most shops won’t rebuild manual transmissions. They make more money rebuilding autos in that same time. Several have told me they don’t know how.
Damn really
@@ItalianStallion410 yeah. I’m having an issue finding a shop to rebuild the manual in my 1980 Chevy dually. It’s just an sm465 nothing special.
Are you doing no lift shifts ?
No I always lift just a little
Is the new owner local?
Yes
yo i js wanted to ask why u always blur out ur speedometer n why u want to cover it up. is it smth wit youtube?
Yeah they don’t like people going fast in Mexico
Been drinking a manual transmission since 1972. Never not owned a manual car.
God bless you 🇺🇸🫡
Nice asss vid bro !
Thanks bro
That’s funny my first car was this 2012 boss 302 and I thought mine was easy😂
I always wanted to drive a boss
Sup bro 🤙🏾 TreMec better in the Dark 🐎...10 speed better in GTs in my opinion that is 💪🏽
I agree 1000%
My dad REQUIRED all of us to learn how to drive at 15 with a manual! Said and I quote “A monkey can drive an automatic “ 😂
Bro I been looking into getting a pet monkey for the channel 😂😂
@@ItalianStallion410 btw it was a 1968 Ford Falcon 6 cylinder. NO power steering and NO Power brakes. I think it had 19 horsepower 😂
@@Knowing487 😂😂 could it do a burnout
@@ItalianStallion410 If a semi truck hit it really hard 😂
6 speed just too sexy
I don’t care about what faster it’s not hard to buy an auto. Manual just pure monkey mode
Hahah facts 😂😂
@@ItalianStallion410American flag on the wing gonna look sweet
@@L42776 yeah it’s gonna be killer
Bro every manual ive ever driven is the same.. if ur on a flat road u can take off without throttle.. even lil old 4 bangers will do it, obviously more torque the easier it is, hence why a diesel is even easier to do so.. but yeh not a bad vid mate. These things are taking fn forever to get to Australia... Manuals for life mate.
I haven’t driven many manual only my cars I wish I could have driven more honestly. I was going off what I been told from people
