Made this for dinner last night and omg it was delicious!
The only things I did different was use chicken thigh instead of breast because that's all I had. I also added a red pepper cut up small with the onions. I left out the cashew nuts -im not a fan of nuts in dishes and I forgot to add the coriander powder, still tasted great though.
Definitely gona keep this recipe 😊
