400g penne pasta
1 TBS Oil
1 TSP Salt
Water for boiling pasta
White Sauce
Ingredients :
3 Cup Full Cream milk
2&1/2 TBS Plain Flour
2 TBS Butter
1 TSP Chilli Flakes
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1&1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Oregano /Mixed herbs
1/2 Cup Mozarella Cheese
Chicken-
Ingredients:
300g boneless chicken
2 TBS Tandoori Chicken Masala
1 TSP Crushed Cumin Seeds
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1/3 TSP Salt
1 TSP Chilli flakes
1 Cup Capsicum / Bell Pepper (Red/Yellow/Green)
//1/2 Cup Mozarella Cheese (grated)
Tomato ketchup 4-5 TBS
Sriracha sauce 4 TBS
For toppings: Oregano / Mixed Herbs / Chilli Flakes---1/3 TSP
Chopped Capsicum / Bell pepper 1-2 TBS for garnish (Red/Green)

Butter & flour, sauté = roux
Add milk = béchamel
Add cheese = cheese sauce
Cooking the flour before adding the milk cooks the flour and creates a richer taste with out a doughy flavor. Although cooking is an art and u can make it the way u love the best. All food is beautiful.
I saw the ketchup in the description and immediately thought of my grandmother. She added ketchup to unusual dishes, which I always thought was different...but...her food was AMAZING. Hands down the best food I’ve ever eaten in my lifetime. She had some crazy good cooking secrets, and that was one.

As a culinary student, whenever I find or come across a new recipe that seems a little strange me or question why these particular type of ingredients have been added, I follow through with the recipe as it says anyway and then once I tasted it, if it needs changing or tweeking, I put my own spin on it. I can hardly wait to try this! I almost checked out on the ketchup but ketchup is just sweet tomato sauce. Nothing weird about pasta & tomato sauce, right? First test, then taste. . . omitting an ingredient because it sounds strange isn't allowing the dish to stand on its merits. You may be pleasantly surprised. Great recipe... The ketchup adds a lil bit of tanginess to the dish... Add some chili flakes with every layer of sauce and that gives the spicy kick to the dish and takes it to the next level

Absolutely! No ketchup for toppings on any bake pasta. It's good if you put grated cheese on top. Then put oregano powder on top of the cheese.

We make the same but we use curly pasta instead of penny and i make red sauce with chlli garlic sauce and tomatoes spices etc instead of raw ketchup chicken without vegeis same as u made i add vegeies in layring capsicum olives msuhrooms etc and trust me once someone tried they stick to it 😋😋😋
