Thanks again. We are in Canada, so I am not sure if purchasing from the UK would be of benefit, considering shipping etc. That said, I will surely look at you recommendations. Thanks again...Now back to rusty bolts lol!
Thank you for all your advice on equipment, paper, machines, I’ve actually set up a men’s wallet business that I do sublimation and it’s going well, so again thank you.
I wish you still did the printing Martin. You helped me raise a fortune for Bulldog Rescue & Rehoming. I’m at Chichester 6th Sept with aus stall. But alas, I’m having a problem with one of my Printer’s. SG3110dn. Refillable Sublimation set up. I’m getting message on screen saying SC (20252) switch off/on, contact service is problem consists. I can’t even get in to Engine Maintenance in menu. Any advice pal, or shall I bin it and buy another Epsom Eco Tank Thanks Martin .. Roly in Stalybridge
@@reviewthat thanks Martin, or is it the Don now.. that wife of mine. I have an eco for business files and we love it, I’ll buy another and scrap this one.
Help me Martin. I have a SG3110DN Ricoh sublimation printer. After a week not using it it’s starting leaving a thin violet line every inch or so down the A4 paper. I’m on refillable city ink and I’ve done the head cleaning etc. have you any easy to follow instructions for a thicko like me. Roly xx
hi Martin I ordered the metal plates from BMS and mine have come without the white face on one side their just silve rmetal both sides are these wrong ? they say they are for sublimation I guess I will have to try and see but seem wrong to me thanks Martin
They make them with a white face or the aluminium finish Paul. You must have ordered the Aluminium finish. They will still have the protective clear sheet that needs peeling off though but the images you print won't have any white in them.
thanka Martin i did order the alu ones by mistake but got good results from them thanks to following your vid, have now ordered the white and alu onesto try them thanks again Martin
After some use how are you finding the colour match with city ink? We have been using their products for a few years but are now finding the colour match is not quite good enough for the quality we now require.
If your icc profiles are set up correctly, you should have good colour match. As you can see in this demonstration, The colours match the display very well.
Check out City Ink Express for your sublimation printer and ink package. www.cityinkexpress.co.uk/

I take it you also did a nozzle check. You might want to do a print head alignment as well as this can cause that problem.
@@reviewthat I’ll do an a-line ment check tonight Martin, thank you x
Hi have you tried it on T-shirt’s? Thanks Becky
I'm not doing t shirts but it will be fine
Scale slightly smaller to leave a uniform white border and should look better.

How much are the inks please Martin. What puts me off the sawgrass is the price of ink. Great vid. Chelsea are flying dont mention the Royals LOL
Check out their website for up to date prices bud. They are cheaper than Sawgrass.
Hi Martin, Are the printer inks UV protected? and do you use a UV protected clearcoat?
Check out their website for ink data bud. T
Don’t have problems with copyright for the brands you use?
Aslong as it’s for personal use it’s fine.
