i hit the wedges low and spinny and i’ve noticed how grant talked about being afraid of being steep but your angle of attack ( how low to the ground you release the club) has to be steep in order to hit them low spinny wedge shots. basically there’s a difference in a steep angle of attack and steep shaft plane . (you can be super shallow and take steep divots)

    - front arm distance back and forth makes the distance,

Loose back wrist, and high flight - stiffer back wrist low ball, with the same lead arm range.

As a person who very much draws the ball, same issue with the right miss on wedges.....what I've found is unfortunately when you start adding in that much loft the ball doesn't turn like it might do with lesser lofted clubs so if you present the same path/face ratio on a wedge it doesn't get back to the target

Grant... pay close attention to how much shorter and lower your hands finished when you successfully flighted the ball down. Low shots require a low finish. You also have incredibly soft wrists for your normal swing. It's a trait that I seriously envy. But if you want to trap the ball for a lower flight on those short irons... you need to let your wrists set on the backswing and then "feel" like you rotate your body but never release your wrists. They will release but it feels like they do nothing. I have a chipping drill on my channel that would help. I realize everyone is a golf instructor these days... but you might find that I kinda know what I'm talking about! Ha! Love your content.
