I remember I was at Dreamhack one year with some friends. And my little brother, who at the time was only 6 or 7 years old wanted to come and visit to see what all the fuss was about. He came over while we were watching a game of CS. A game he hadn't been allowed to play yet, but he had seen me play it once or twice. I still remember the first time he saw the crowd roaring and chanting "N I P, N I P", as the players were about to come on stage for the first time to be introduced. His eyes lit up as if he had seen... well just that for the first time xD As we were sitting there and waiting for the show to start, I saw at the entrance to the stage that the players were starting to roll into the backstage area. So I quickly grabbed my little brother and we ran over there to try and get my mouse pad signed and maybe get a picture for little brother, since I noticed he really took a liking to the whole eSports thing. We yelled at f0rest and the rest of the team (I believe it was the full OG setup except fifflaren who had been "replaced" by Maikelele or Allu) But noone answered and they all rushed backstage, I saw how beaten down my lil bro got and he went back to our seats. I however stayed and try to get signatures from other players like the bandwagon fan I was. Fast forward maybe 2-3 minutes and I see f0rest coming running out from backstage and running up to me even. Imagine that feeling as a 16 year old or so, having probably the best player in the world at that moment (and GOAT) run up to YOU?!? I was completely shocked when he started speaking to me and asked where my little brother was. At this point I was screaming at the top of my lungs for my brother. He then told my brother that he felt so bad for just walking past and then he asked if my little brother had a shirt, to which we replied no. So the man takes off his current team jersey and gives it to my little brother. This is why you can see him play in a white jersey at one of the dreamhacks xD I know this gesture seems small, but to my little brother this meant the world. Straight after DH he wouldn't shut up about wanting his own PC and playing just like f0rest. He has now become a PC gamer just like his older brother, or in his eyes, just like f0rest. He is now 12 years old, but he's already crazy good for his age. It truly started a big bond between me and him in CS and NIP. We've been watching oh so many majors since together and he always sits in his f0rest shirt, and this story ALWAYS comes up lol. Seeing this tribute video almost made me tear up.. NIP was my first introduction to CS:GO competitve, it was the infamous match vs Fnatic on old inferno at Dreamhack.
