Thank you Mavis! I have had a nice summer with my son. I just recently took a full time job in accounting. In addition to being a yoga instructor, I am also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). My new job is keeping me pretty busy. I am hoping to make some more videos, but it might be a little while until I get settled in with my new job. I hope you are doing well! 💗

Discovered you, Melissa, six months ago and have not missed a day since. Just the right balance of challenge without discouragement. Never stayed with an exercise program before so at 82 I am amazed to find I actually look forward to your sessions. Love it all. Ann
