Reach out to Mary Ruddick or Jen Donovan, they are amazing with all things health and they will be able to guide you in the right direction for your eczema and allergy issues. Use beef tallow for skin or also full fat, organic A2A2 yogurt or kefir. So good for your skin to have those probiotics.

Hey Lily! Glad you're doing well. I have come to the point where I am very close to being prediabetic, but I love baking and so I may or may not take a job at a bakery just so I can bake and not eat any of it. I'm not looking for work now, but if I did, this bakery may be where I apply.

Hi Lily, love your gentle calm videos. As a 26 year old who loves socialising and is extroverted but happens to spend a lot of time alone due to other factors i totally get what you mean about the social battery, maybe its something that needs to be built? No sure! I love your dog Bobby, he or she is so cute! Have a lovely day 😊 hope cutting out certain foods continues to help your skin too

You might try adding things like gluten back in one at a time just to see which thing or things cause your flare-ups. You have to do it one at a time in order to know what helped. You may be keeping yourself from things that you really like. If it were me, I would try everything with sugar being last.

So glad to see you well Lily! Let's hope things just keep getting better from now on... Have you ever tried mindfulness meditation? It has been extremely helpful to me, as I suffer from heavy anxiety and depression, you should try it! 🙌 Cheers!

Lilly you seem really sweet. If you can keep your diet to fruit, meat & organs you will guaranteed get rid of that eczema. Please try it out for a month and see.

Hey Lily I don't think you should take any advice from me but objectively speaking you should consider switching to legumes instead of meat for your health. I honestly commented about the pancakes earlier because baking in general can be pro-inflamatory, especially with oil. I know that's not great for you professionally but your health gets you through life after all. Sorry if this is annoying but you deserve to live a long life. Consider the Blue Zones for inspo much love

Legumes are insanely inflammatory and extremely difficult for your body to digest, especially if they are not prepared properly. Meat seems to be working for her, and is extremely good for you to consume.

@@tuna02 Fibres are the single most anti-inflammatory compound and processed meat is by science accepted to be a carcinogen. Most of it has to with the gut bugs, which feed on what you consume. A diet based around meat seems to attract the kind of bugs that can in some cases contribute to health imbalance. I do know cooking meat is not really standard either. Just looking at the B vitamin and mineral content legumes win because they are a more balanced source and don't come with side effects. Do cook them properly.

thank you! I'm focusing on meat and bone broth for a short period of time while my skin is 100% better & then will obviously decrease - I love legumes, veg, fruit, wholegrains and would say I have a pretty balanced diet and do my best navigating life with my food allergies! :)

@@LilysLoaf Hi Lily, thanks for the response. Health can be a touchy subject but I do consider an open mind to be of great value in any aspect of life. Excited for you to take on this new chapter and I hope you have a good week.
