Thanks for watching. In this video, I continue with the spray booth build. I make up the main door sceletons, the roof beams, and start the extraction system. I'm going to be making these workshop videos more frequent as I'm really pushing to finish it as soon as possible.

😆 He slips and almost dies but makes no sound.
great job by the way 👍
Not only a RUclips who actually shows their mistakes, but one who also doesn't violently curse.
8:14 if anyone is wondering
Hey, Steve! What an awesome shop you're building! Your courage and determination to build a new life in a new country starting from scratch is admirable. Who else is getting Shop Envy??? Take care, my friend and stay the course. You're doing great!
Yeah I'm just thinking, "well I don't think mine is going to be this nice". To make a good paint booth it certainly isn't cheap for the average DIY. It at least confirms I am probably better off with temporary setups, I bet each of those fans are around $300. I'm guessing by the looks of it these are all small costs considering he does this for a living, and imagine how much money he just actually saved. He bought all the materials and did everything himself, doesn't get any more cost effective than that. Well done!
Man, I'm sorry but 8:14 made me burst out laughing xD!
I'm happy that you didn't hurt yourself ^^ Keep up the good videos! \o/
Cheers from Brazil!
LOL Who ,including myself hasn't done something similar ,
Glad you’re ok and thanks for the laugh!!! I like the air box too!! Need one for my garage!
Finally a new video, dude if I was painting I would have paint all over the floor, and even the ceiling. Great job.
I'm sorry to say I cracked up when you stacked it on the wet board lol. Glad to see you didn't go down though.
That was extremely cool
I'd really enjoy seeing them installed
Awesome work man, please keep the videos coming!
Awesome video dude, love how you're showing more of your personality in these videos now.
Glad you didn't die. Great job. Can't wait to see the finished booth.
Be careful, IKEA wants to know your address 😂😂

That’s the best garage/spray booth floor i’ve ever seen
I am so glad I stumbled on your chanal. Hands down best on RUclips. So attention to detail. Love the videos, I can't wait to see more.

Sustain the outstanding work !! Lovin' it!
I think this is the greatest video I've watched on RUclips building paint booth. Honestly your work is most impressive and detailed. Please keep up the good work ❤🎉🎉🎉
Does that make it hard to change the "filters" ?
pedazodeboludo it would be easy to take out one side of the wood thing and pull it out from there and push the new one in, but idk that’s up to him for when the time comes
I was wondering the same thing about it. Not that I could do better. Was just thinking
We love watching you. please upload more videos. greetings from Turkey (translated google :)) )
Wow! Awesome Video!
Todos os vídeos que você faz me faz aprender bastante. Continue com essa sua dedicação e com esse excelente trabalho que não é fácil e também não é para qualquer um. Meus comprimentos!
Great job Dude!
Great job!
I hope they have those communal bins where you are. Used to find all sorts of good stuff left beside them.
don’t think I’m just gonna let that extra **thicc** comment slide
good work. clean and VERY VERY efficient. I'm worried though at how easy changing hte filters will be, and how often you'll need to do it...
Suggestion to improve the design: Add a slot for the filter material so you can drop new material in when replacing it, without removing the staples. Use OSB or ply for the top, those fans will weaken the wall board. Other than that, great work, never thought to make your own set up and now I am wondering what I could come up with.
He Protecc
He Attacc
most importantly,
He avoid wet board STACC.
Hahaha i love how it went from "Coat it carefully with multiple coats of paint" to "Broke it. Ran out of white sealant." Gotta keep that realism alive!
great job!!! i only wonder if it isnt much work to remove and change the filter, i think it will get dirty very fast and will have to be changed a lot, to remove all the screws and stamps...i dont know.. wanted to build some paint booth too but to be real the ex vents are too expensive for me
i love watch your videos listening Simply Red - Holding Back The Years
The beams worked!! haha Good effort as always brudda
great concept only thing I would do different would be to add a door on the front so you can change out the filters
Your workshop layout is amazingly neet & organised. Very impressed.
awesome!!!
nice video make the filters so u can remove them when they get dirty make them in frame so u can slide it in and out and make sure u get fans for intake filters to have equal flow pressure it just makes extraction better and don't forget to silicon all edges of the spray booth top to bottom and just the tip when u cut plasterboard cut it than bend it and cut it from inside of the bent side it is way easier hope this will help with the build.
Love the extraction box. Does it clear the over spray quick enough?
Very good 👍
thanks for sharing that
Excellent
Good job
Excelent video...
It was possible to make a second layer of the grid - removable (for example, on the latches) .. and then each time remove the grid by opening the brackets to change the filter. Hello from Crimea, we are also hot +27C !
Vey nice DIY
Excelente hasta la última parte, los filtros de succión no sé pueden cambiar? Le hubiera hecho un doble marco a la malla, así podrían cambiarse fácilmente, pensa que si pintas seguido, eso se tapa rápido.
11:14 and my mind immediately goes back to that little British Electricians limerick James May recited on his TV program Man Lab: "Brown is Live, Blue is not, Green and Yellow, Earth the lot."
how much the exhaust fans are n where did you purchase them 3
You should've to paint your workshop yellow and black. A few parts maybe made with red firebricks. That would look cool. Those colors are doesn't make sense and doesn't ignite to working instinct even if it is brighter.
What your neighbors have to think of you like o devil what is he now up to ,great build very handy i might do something a little smaller ;-)
So where does the extraction extract to ??
Inside the painting space ??
Aren't you supposed to extract to the outside somehow ?
Air in Air out ?
Does it just sit on the floor recirculating air or will it take in outside air? Very interesting anyway.
Hey man, just wondering what camera you're using? Cheers :)
well job bro
couldn't stop laughing at 8:14. so funny, I'm still laughing
Hi I love this video I'm building a booth now was wondering if you could link the exhaust fans that you used in the video.
Thanks 😎🤘
Kind of thought he was already done lol, but anyway that shop looks hella dope
Hell yeah
So how will you change the filters with the grill stapled in
How do you plan on changing the filters?
Hi great job . really like Your movie :)
Good sport showing that slip. Lol
Bravo
When are you gonna upload the E30 restoration ?
After he is done repaving the roads of Spain.
The next video will be the first episode of the engine restorations. I'm gathering almost every single part right now. It's coming soon.
@@RestoreIt that's good to hear
@@RestoreIt Engine restoration? Oh my
What does he do for a living? It seems he can do anything
7:30
T H I C C
Looks like a good idea, just dont see the filtered air to be recirculated into the painting area, instead of to outdoors. Also if any fumes get pulled thru bang. .
Hello.
How have you kombinate the 3 fans in the 1 big exhaust pipe?
Bro didn't want to change filter in future 😂
How do you work out the fan size for the area to be extracted? they say 100ft per minute air flow, but how you work out the volume of air and fan size for the room size. Is there an equation that can be used.
How will you change the filter?
Hey mate looking to buy extractor fan for booth would would you recommend the fans you fitted🤔 TIA
Your slip nearly gave me a heart attack! Be careful brah!
neat
So i guess you be putting pipes to extract the air out right?
?? I think this is about getting the paint stick to the filters.
99dimensions I think that makes sense
Man!! How do u do to b so fast?.
Great job man!👍
8:15 😂😂😂😂 i dieded laughing😂😂 sorry but thats soo relatable 😂
Where do you get the large LED roof lights?
Great vid, I've just ordered these fans for my booth. Are they loud? Will they annoy neighbours? Cheers!
What fans did you buy??
I really wanted you to drop the sponge after turning the fan off as if it had it pinned to the ceiling
I could probably just watch a video about those fans to be honest. You spoil us.
Hi mate, what are the measurment of the box for the fans ?
Are the fans explosion proof?
Doesn't this setup just keep the solvent vapours blowing around?
Oh yes daddy. New video!
Here you go son.
Where did you get the paint booth filters?
What kind of compressor do you use? thx
greetings good video! How can I get that fans? Or can you tell me the brand?
That box was cheaper and easier than commercial air ducting?
where you got the filters from?
Good video , but where is your aexhaust to take the fumes outside?
Nicely done! But why use so light/flimsy materials? No wonder why it broke off :D
Never clicked so fast
