Apparently it’s really difficult to remove them. If the 11th circuit had responsible adults, they should have intervened. But Clarence Thomas oversees it, so corruption is likely the order of the day. We have to vote Democrats into all levels of power to get better appointments and improvement over the long term.

With the Florida documents case suspended, Smith can now move on with the NY case because there is no more conflict on holding two trials at the same time. Cannon actually did Smith a favour. :) The hush money trial will end within a week or two, and then the case going before Judge Chutkan can move forward.
