There’s no legal path to do that. Make a plan to vote, make sure everyone you know has a plan to vote. If we send Dems back in November with a sufficient mandate, we can get the courts expanded. Including adding SCOTUS seats.

SCJ Clarence Thomas is sad because he, along with his wife, have been called out as traitors.
We need a complete justice system overhaul and STOP lifetime appointments of these justices.
And appointments by presidents which makes them partisan instead of impartial. Even a non-lawyer like me can easily understand this simple theory. Non-partisan judges everywhere, term limits, stronger terms for removal if they commit infractions (highest judges in the land should know the damned laws of it) and be role models or be taken off the bench immediately. We need to appoint a council of our legal reps to oversee the SCOTUS' and hand down the consequences of compromised behaviors and acceptance of bribes.
We need term limits on all elected officials from local to federal of 8years max per person lifetime total . And 10 years total for all judges and no retirement benefits or health care benefits if they want health care they can pass it for everyone and then they can live with the same laws they pass for everyone else.

Do you really believe that the Republican-controlled US House will bring up a vote to impeach Thomas? Even if a future Democratically-controlled House votes to impeach him it is exceedingly doubtful that there will be enough Republican senators who will vote to convict him. Prosecuting and convicting him for his crimes is a more likely road to neutralizing him even though he can't be removed other than through the impeachment/conviction process.

Vote blue and get super majorities in house, senate, and the oval office, then you can get term limits, and get rid of the electoral college.
and a clear-cut, spelled-out CODE OF ETHICS plus recommended fines and/or jail sentences and/or removal from the bench for violations of the code -- after all, they get sworn into office just as the president and our congress members. justices should be held accountable more than other politicians. Biden could increase the number of judges in SCOTUS.
Vote Biden/Blue all the way down the ballot. I think you need a super majority in the House and Senate to remove a judge. Democrats should put in a formal request to investigate Thomas. They should request the DOJ to investigate Ginni Thomas.

What happened to the idea that judges are supposed to ignore their partisan leanings and deal with our secular Justice system. The corruption and hypocrisy is frightening.
