This is unlike anything U2 put out since the last 10 years. For the past 2 Albums they got so serious with their songs meanings, and the overall topics with the innocence and experience. Even though I liked the songs, this one changes their course for me. A simpler pop-punk song, just to make you feel good.

Song sounds exactly like the chorus to Call Me by Blondie. I guess it was deliberate based on his comments during the intro, but surprised just how close it is.

Honestly, 20-30 years ago they wouldn't have considered this worthy of even being a B-Side. Would have been deleted from the studio tapes and forgotten about. Sad to see - in the '80s and '90s they were the best band around, and one of the all-time greatest bands in Rock history. But they've been running on auto-pilot the last 14 years or so (though the Joshua Tree 2017 tour was good). If this song is any indication, the new album (if they ever actually release one), will challenge Songs of Experience for worst U2 album ever - both not just bad by U2's lofty '80s-'90s standards, but just plain bad by any standards.
No track to get excited about ! U2 haven't made a great album since....(you name it!)
