Hi Rahul, My spouse is having a closed work permit, I joined him here as a visitor . when we applied for the work permit, it got refused under the 205c(ii) section. But now when I am trying to apply once again, but the problem here is it's not asking for a marriage certificate nor the proof of means of financial support document. Rahul I tried to fill same like in the video however it doesn’t show me the list question which are enlisted in the video! May be now the questionnaire are different from the video , but problem is I am on visitor visa ( which expires dec2020 like my husband work permit ) This type of visa can we consider as” visitor” or temporary residence visa ? Technically you are allowed to apply together student permit and open work permit. However , I see many rejections in that case. Offcourse every case is different .

Its says either the spose should have a departing ticket, travel itinerary or proof of medical appointment. The issue is that no airline provides ticket without visa. Even if it is, i will only get a ticket max of 12 months from now and i will not be able to change the ticket as the spouse will live with me time the end of my studies. Please help me here

I did some research and you can apply based on the job offer. But I am not 100% sure as the person I spoke to did not have pgwp but other work permit . You can dial the IRCC call Center to get the confirmed information

I done 2 year study from Conestoga college... 1+1 year program.... but I got only 1 year PGWP instead of 3 year... becz my mistake i didn't uploaded the completion letter of 2nd program. @@HelpingAll thank you for your responce. My question is that when i am filling my sds application, in my spouse section, supportinh documents has a requirement of purpose of travel - others. Its says either the spose should have a departing ticket, travel itinerary or proof of medical appointment.
The issue is that no airline provides ticket without visa. Even if it is, i will only get a ticket max of 12 months from now and i will not be able to change the ticket as the spouse will live with me time the end of my studies. Please help me here

I did some research and you can apply based on the job offer. But I am not 100% sure as the person I spoke to did not have pgwp but other work permit . You can dial the IRCC call Center to get the confirmed information
