Answer “No, I am exempt from paying fees for the application” to the question There are fees associated with this application. Will you be paying your fees or are you fee exempt? You’re only exempt from paying the open work permit holder fee. Check Step 3: Pay your fees. we have to answer NO to this above question because we are only paying $155. If you answer NO to this question , you will not get option for the payment at the end of your actual application. These are some of the main reason people are getting refusals because the answer is wrong. however, the initial payment has to be on ircc payment portal which you will attach the receipt with your application as a proof of payment. I HOPE THIS INFO IS HELPFUL.

One of my friend got his work permit with 250 cad fees and without an explanation letter. So, it is difficult to understand your stand . I am still saying this video is for information purposes only. If you have any doubt, consult with immigration lawyer and take your decision.

Sure you can apply for your new trv, in that application you will going to have option for your spouse to add in it. Basically it will include your spouse work permit extension file in your trv. Your trv will get within 1 month but your wife work permit extension can take upto 6 months according to processing time. .... second option is that your spouse may apply for work permit extension opt in process which is easy and faster
