how do i reset the whole damn thing. iv just moved into a property with this damn boiler n i dont have no paperwork for it. if i put the boiler on the radiatiors come on too despite me selecting low heat . pls help

This is the most annoying timer I have come across, ridiculously fiddly and tiny controls.....arghhhhh
Can you please tell me how to put the pressure up on guage. ?
There is flexi pipe at the bottom of the boiler, you will see a valve which you could increase the pressure witj, but go higher than 1.5 on the Gage
There is a fill loop (black lever) pull that down untill it fill to 1.5
