I have made this romper at least 5 times, every time it looks better and better. Thank you for a great tutorial. Would love to see more baby/toddler stuff.
This is amazing! Currently 24 weeks pregnant and this is exactly the cutiepie pattern I was looking for. I love your style of instruction, too. Thanks for this!
This video was brilliant, have made a gorgeous pink linen look thick fabric version for a winter baby and it's amazing. So chuffed. Most detailed work I've tried so far and couldn't have done it without this video. Thank you for sharing the pattern and sizes!! Legend. :) x
thankyou this was great. i just made 1 for my nephew and matching ruffle ones for my twin nieces, can not wait for them all to be born so they can wear them.
Really enjoyed making this by following your instructions! Thank you!! I noticed that when I did the "stuffed turkey" step, I needed to put the skirt part wrong side up to make it work out correctly (minute 7:35). I am now making it a second time around, different fabric, yay 😀 I see why you made a few too 😊
Lifesaver!!! Today I accidentally cut into my dads new shirt… he was so sad because he has a lot of memories towards a shirt like this… they don’t sell it anymore and he searched for this a few months. Now he wanted to throw it away, but I kept it to sew something for my son/his grandchild. And this is so super cute! I think he will like it on him 😊🙏🏻
You probably got a buttonhole attachment with your Brother machine. They're a pretty standard accessory. If I could come show you, I would! You just need to put the attachment on and try it out on a double or triple thickness of cotton fabric scrap. You will LOVE it! It's super easy today. Some of them use an actual button you slip in the back of the attachment to get the correct size buttonhole. It's been three years so maybe you don't need my encouragement anymore. One tip I would offer it to let it make the completed buttonhole twice before removing. Slip your seam ripper in between the rows of stitching and carefully rip the fabric being careful not to cut into the buttonhole stitches. Your rompers are adorable! Thank you for doing this.
Thank you for this video! It's my first outfit that I have ever sewed and the directions were perfect. I wish I could post photos because I'm so proud of it. :)
As a beginner sewer (making plushies for my daughter) I have been absolutely terrified to try clothes. But this tutorial is PERFECT! The terminology is great because I actually understand what you're saying and what you mean. 😆 I cannot thank you enough! Also, you're hilarious! Haha subscribed!
The way you demonstrate is very friendly. For a long time I m trying to sew for my granddaughter but couldn't find a proper pattern. Now I' ll try on yours. Wish me luck to b successful.
Thanks for making my work very easy . You explained very clearly for making baby romper . It's easy & helpful for my project . And I subscribed your channel too..
These come out so great ive done it twice. The video is super easy to follow hopefully i can make it a little bigger now 😅 wish someone had the measurements for 9-12 months
Tku! I refuse to pay for a pattern. I have 2 for boys and a dress for a girl so ended up mixing and matching pieces from 3 different patterns. I’m still stuck at the crotch since it’s lined front and back but your video helped. Ready to go finish this!
I made the one without ruffles for my little boy who’s due soon. I’ve never been more proud of something I’ve made 🥹 thank you so much for the great instructions. The only thing I did different was tuck the front nappy snaps underneath so you can’t they the sew lines for them 🥰🥰
I use my copy machine to copy smaller pieces. The skirts are pretty standard squares but it needed copy in sections after use the original to join. I enjoyed your makingbofbtge outfit
If you screen shot her pattern and print it you can draw it up with a ruler yourself on some A4 paper taped together. Worked perfect for me, I’ll definitely be using it again 😎
It’s the same pattern from oh me oh my sewing or it’s very similar. I love their work. Plus this video makes the step by step instructions so much easier.
Hi Cathy I really like your video it is funny and sufficiently detailed, but I would like to know something more about the pattern on image 2 and 3 the 19 "and 14" is for the entire length of the right line ?
hi there, do you have a pdf of the pattern? would love to make this at school in my sewing class , also what are the supplies in cm or Meters please? Reply
just make sure whichever you buy, that theres a lot of documentation and videos to help you figure out how to use it, if you don't have anyone to help!
This is so adorable, your work is neat and beautiful too! I plan to make this for my 7 month old, just need to adjust the measurements a little. ❤ thank you for sharing! 😃

Hi Cathy, do you have any easy way to upsize the pattern to a 6-9 size?
