Carlos is so insanely good. Hard to comprehend at times how he does it so easily.

I’m beginner and I was always wondering how people can start moving before the opponent hit the ball like 2:21, is prediction required in order to play it smoothly?

It's a bit of an educated guess, you want to split-step (those little shuffles that pros do before they make a move) so that you can react as the ball is in the air, and then when you've played enough tennis you know what shots the opponent has in that position. For that play in particular, RBA hit a deep and heavy ball to Alcaraz's backhand, giving Alcaraz two options, to go cross court or line with his backhand - since he's under pressure it would be hard for him to hit a clean shot down the line, so the much more likely play was for him to hit cross court, and RBA anticipates this so he sets himself up for another forehand.
Btw none of this would likely be running through RBA's mind during the rally as it would be subconsciously drilled from the amount of experience they have playing the game!

It’s anticipation based off how the opponent prepares for the ball. Like how much they open up their body or where the racquet is facing

anticipation is part of it, but nonetheless moving toward the net is very dangerous unless you got full control of the momentum
