For example I informed you / I was informed by him 我通知他/他被我通知 (怪怪的) I called him / He was called by me 我打电话了给他/他被我打电话 (怪怪的) He is learning Chinese/Chinese is being learned by him. 他正在学习汉语/汉语正在被他学习 (怪怪的) She has made a cake/ A cake has been made by her 她做了蛋糕/蛋糕被她做了 (weird) 等等/et cetera

把 doesn't work here because the object (the video) is not being affected by the action! so you would just say 我看完视频了。
