Try This After Your Next Workout!

  • Stretch out your hip flexors, hamstrings, quads, and decompress your spine with this cool down sequence!
    Experiment with this after each workout, breathing deeply into each movement, and staying activated throughout, moving with intent and purpose instead of just resting in each position.
    This takes just 3 minutes to complete! I personally like to do this on top of my Decompression Circuit, which consists of three different movements/variations such as 90/90 Switch, Kneeling Spine Waves, and Needle Arm Thread Through (in previous videos).

    Definitely after my run I am going to try this. Not that lean of course but with each breath like with yoga I get flexibel hopefully one day like Ms. Rose.

    So cool but for the noob with a tree's flexibility like me....I can try i'm afraid that all my body break down
