Man there's some real white knights in these comments coming to this british dude's rescue. What y'all are failing to realize is the moment he said "yeah I wish I was reading a book right now" is the moment he fuckin deserved everything that came after. These comedians are even trying to extend an olive branch to try and lift this guy's spirits and get him involved like they do with the rest of the crowd and he just snobs them off. Typical British shit attitude. These comedians do not expect every single audience member to be hysterically laughing at every word that comes out of their mouth. They understand that everyone has a different sense of humor. But when you sit there in the front row rolling your eyes at their jokes, giving them a death stare the entire time and especially when you're in the front row in a spot where you are guaranteed to get interacted with in a comedy club environment, just fuckin leave dude. It's not rude to not laugh at a joke. It's rude to be a joyless pit of death when you're front row center at a comedy club. If you're not there to have fun then you shouldn't fuckin be there.
Yeah I mean, it's one thing to 'expect' hecklers and people who are bored at like a bar stage, when they didn't actually pay to come see the guy, he just happened to be on the stage and they were at the bar. that makes sense.... I can understand someone giving him a hard time in that situation.

Like dude, what was he expecting? it seems like a very assholeish thing to do, going to a comedy club when you know for a fact you've had your sense of humor surgically removed and you're allergic to having fun.
