I got my hair cut 2 days ago and I wanted it textured and perfectly messy like yours and I ended up with mum hair. The stylist made the cut blunt and gave me layers which adds to the mum look, I don't know what to do other than cry
One of the best videos on not just the important aspects of a cut and telling us what to ask for but also the why's which is so helpful. Also learning about the products and how they help was excellent. Really appreciate you both going into depth also on how to use the products Unfortunately I'm hundreds of miles away tho I hope to find a stylist that is as educated and conceited about getting their clients what they want So thanks for all!

You don't get enough recognition for how talented you are! Seriously! 3 gorgeous kids, does makeup, bakes ,cakes working out I mean you are such an inspiration to me, and I aspire to be like you when I have kids, some of these famous makeup artists are self absorbed, and it's you tubers like you that deserve girls looking up to them. This is great! My hair basically does this on it's own. A natural mixture of moderate curls and subtle waves. I can pretty pretty conscienceless about making sure it doesn't look nest-ish or obvious that it really is bedhead. I also have a pretty high forehead so 80% of my styles contain bangs, usually side swept.
It also doesn't help that my hair is thinning already (yeah, I'm 32). I am way jealous of how thick your's is, love it!

Neck patchiness can be caused by social anxiety or being overly uncomfortable and nervous about a situation
+Kiya Hay I have this problem too. I take a blood pressure med, propranolol to help w/ it whenever I do public speaking or anxiety. It helps greatly to reduce redness by preventing the vasodilation caused by anxiety.

Since your hair is so dark, it would be helpful if you film with a light background. It's hard to see what you are doing when your hair blends right into the background. Cute hairdo, can't wait to try it!
I love love LOVE this! 😍😍 Two months ago I cut 10 inches off of my hair & I was devastated bc I loved waving my hair when it was long more than having it straightened but when I chopped my hair off it was hard for me to curl it. So this helped me out A LOT. I am so in love w/ this style & I'm going to try it on my hair. ☺️

i just cut my hair a little shorter than yours yesterday & i wish i would've seen this video first. my layers turned out SUPER choppy, like someone just took scissors and cut big chunks. 😩😭 i'm not one to care TOO much about hair but it looks ridiculous. definitely letting it grow out & then getting it done like yours.

Pleeeease could Taylor walk us through this haircut? As in, a demo, not just talking about it? I get the whole point-cutting thing, but it would be helpful to see the angle the layers are cut, where things are over-directed, etc.

I loved this video! It was very informative, Thanks to both of you! BTW I love how you rock this hairstyle :) I do want to mention that the styling part of the video was kinda hard to see because it of the background being dark :/ Maybe if you had more light it wouldn't blend in too much with the dark hair. Still loved this video and the bloopers!
