You are a great patient teacher. Love the sweet bunny. I have crocheted afghan's & hat's since '07 for our local NICU. In 2020 I took up sewing \Quilting. Now I have added 32x32 Quilt's to fit on the top of the iceolets to keep the light out of their eyes. Thank you for the free pattern and the new ideas.
Thank you for the great tutorial! I used a pattern for a stuffed dinosaur to make the head, and then your directions for the lovey blanket. It turned out adorable!
I remember having covid last yr and was watching sewing tutorials on here and falling asleep, I woke up to yours and omg I fell in love, your my absolute fave and have ordered many patterns from you, you make it fun and simple, keep it up, love all your vids
I am about to try to replicate a lovey my granddaughter left at a hotel in Italy, she still has not gotten over the loss, and it’s been over a year. I don’t need the head because I have something, but I am so glad I saw you do the blanket part. It’s exactly what I thought I would need to do, but I am so happy to see you do it, and see all the little details.
How wonderful!
❤❤❤❤❤ You’re such a great teacher. Love the tip on using throws to get fabric for this project. I have two little great-great nieces who will love these! Thank you for sharing!😊
You are so welcome
Adorable ! I must try this. Thank you.

Adorable & your instructions are really clear. In the UK if you bought these they are around £20. Thank you.😊

Oh Jan! I’ve been wanting to make one of these. My daughter has one that she’s had since birth (she’s now 5) and I thought it’d be nice to gift to my sister who’s having her first baby girl.
Wonderful.
So cute thanks!!
Thank you!
So cute! Ty
Thank you!
So adorable
Thank you
I really struggled with making this bunny lovey. I think it was the fluffy fabric I used, and maybe my lack of skill. I have lots of grandchildren to practice on. 😂 But in the end it is very cute. Also just an FYI the pattern that I downloaded did NOT have the front head notch. I drew one in but thought you would want to know. The bear did but not the bunny. LOVE ALL YOUR VIDEOS!!❤❤
Thanks for making me aware of this.
you can use press and seal it's great for minkey
Good to know. Thanks for sharing
So cute 🥰
Thank you
I love and appreciate your expertise and your channel❤. Can you tell me where you order your business tags the you insert in your darling items. Thank you💕
I make my own. You can learn how easy they are to make here. There is also a vido tutorial link on there.

Ohh it's so cute❤️🙏 you talked about a speciel stitch around the fabric under the bunny, wjat is that stitch called, something that cut stretch??
I used a "slip stitch" or also called a "ladder stitch" you can get a better idea with this older video of mine. You can watch it here. ruclips.net/video/PlW73lCKEHU/видео.html
Using a stiletto would be a good idea
Yes it would.
❤❤
😉
This pattern and the tutorial are so clear and easy. I have been unable to get one made correctly because of the feed on my machine eating the fabric. I have taken the machine apart twice and cleaned and increased my stitch length to 3. I am also using a walking foot. What am I doing wrong?
Try to start your stitching in from the edge about 1 inch. Then backstitch. Or you take a scrap piece of fabric and sew it, then but up your project fabric right behind it and sew onto it. For some reason it helps keep the fabric from being sucked into the feed dogs. Give it a try and let me know if it helps.
Around the neck, can you just wind the thread around and around after catching the knot in first.?
I'm not sure if that would be secure enough.
Great video ! My daughter has a lovey blanket she’s had since she was a baby and the face is starting to fade where the mouth and eyes are .
Do you have any recommendations on how to fix the head / body ? I bought a new material for the body of the blanket but I’d like to fix the face of her old one
Is this possible ??
I would just embroidery over what is already there with the same color of thread.
video is awesome. Would love to make this, but the pattern is not available - blocked by Patchwork

What needle did you use for this bunny blanket?
It's so cute!
A universal needle size 90.
I found that the fuzzy blanket material keeps fraying. How do I stop that?
Make sure you are finishing the seams either with a zigzag stitch or a sergee
I am so glad I found your youtube channel! 😍🥰 I have tons of fleece... do you think it would be suitable for this project?
I think so! I have not used fleece. Just so it's not real thick fleece. I would love for you to let me know how it goes if you do.
@@JanHowell Thank you... yes, I'll let you know!😃
Thank you to share ❤
Hi Jan!
I am going to make this rabbit for my soon to be cousin and was wondering if you could please attach the template you used for cutting out the material! Thanks

Do you have a pattern to make this except as a lamb? This is amazing.
All you'll need to do to make a lamb would be to use the bunny head and the bear ears that come with the pattern.
