You can tell Mamok has his answers already pre-thought out. He's the ambassador, fixer, handler and public voice of MC and the Vice. You can see why they hired him, he's intelligent and speaks perfect English, he can handle all the foreign media and press who are trying to figure out the inner dealings of the Union.

Pannkakaize that was just his accent. English native speakers get deceived by accents, a person may know English a 10X better but the accent makes the native think they are better. English is may second language yet I was always top of the class despite being the only African there. I don't have an accent either so my knowledge is not dismissed.

MC and his vice (the driver) really reminded me of Avon Barksdale and Stringer in The Wire. You can tell the vice is the brains behind the operation
As I understood it, the vice was the guy sitting behind and the driver was just his best friend.
MC's Vice is the gentleman with the shades that speaks limited English. However, you can tell Mamok, the driver is the brains and public voice of MC. Mamok is the Ambassador, he's well spoken, intelligent, speaks perfect English, has every response pre thought out, he translates Yoruba for the vice Who obviously speaks limited English but as you see later when Louis meets the actual MC, Mamok does every response to Louis questions that were meant for MC. At first you think perhaps MC is limited English speaking as well and needs Mamok to translate for him, but it becomes clear that isn't the case, Mamok has his responses already ready and prepared on behalf of MC. They even tell Louis that Mamok will answer any question that's directed to MC. And it's clear MC speaks English just fine, but for whatever reason he stays quiet and lets Mamok do the speaking for him. The Vice speaks Yoruba and has trouble communicating with Louis, but MC prefers to have Mamok speak for him.
Love the comparison.The wire is a great show.
So to sum up:
The President (unknown) = CEO
MC's Vice = Executive Vice President
The driver = Corporate Communication Manager
MC is the King and the Vice President is the Queen as described by DeAngelo in The Wire
