John Deere snow blower Tecumseh 8hp

This engine I bought for a John Deere snow blower. I got it for $20 at the Lagrange Indiana gas and steam show it had no spark. I had to put a new set of points on it. I also added an electric starter and brand new carburetor. The new China one I almost guarantee is better than the original. They are just as junky 😂. I will rebuild the old carburetor but most likely I will keep this cheapy carburetor on it. now to swap out the old motor.
