I just want to give a big shout out to everybody that subscribed over the years. And has watched all the stuff that I work on and tinker on it's my hobby but I love doing this stuff I've been working on this stuff since I was a kid. This stuff brings me a little bit of a piece of mind. I miss my dad a lot and I used to work on this stuff and big tractors with my dad. Got the motor mounted and running. After this video I got the choke and throttle hooked up. I got the other headlight and bezel in. I will do another video getting it all done.

Got this small horse for my soon to be grandson. It's a 1965 model number L105 wheelhorse lawn ranger. It doesn't have the correct motor but it's close. Short video on why I could pull the drive axle right out of this machine. The role pain happened to snap. I tried to post this up online. Nobody could answer my question of what exactly happened here and how to repair it. So I took it upon myself and figured it out. It didn't take rocket appliances either 😂 just a broken roll pin.

Had to do an engine swap. the original engine has a hole drilled in it. Had a starter bolt snap off in the aluminum block and tried to drill it out and went through the block. it's fixable but this engine was $20 at a tractor show. This engine I bought for a John Deere snow blower. I got it for $20 at the Lagrange Indiana gas and steam show it had no spark. I had to put a new set of points on it. I also added an electric starter and brand new carburetor. The new China one I almost guarantee is better than the original. They are just as junky 😂. this was my first attempt to run this engine with a rebuilt carburetor. I ended up finding out real fast that the needle was sticking inside of the seat for the float. I ended up repairing that part later on.

I didn't do much just cleaned up the top of the cylinder with a wire brush cleaned the head tip and bottom with a wire brush and flap disc. Be careful using a flap disc. I did spray heavy duty silicone in the cylinder to lube it. I put a brand new head gasket in and torqued the bolts at 30ft pounds. you can do 25-30 I did 25 first then 30.
