May be leaking air around the bead. Lay tire on its side and spray windex around the bead and look for tiny bubbles. Also if the tire is weather cracked, probably losing air thru the cracks. Either need new tires, or get tubes for those. Much cheaper to go with tubes, and they are available. I have a 2018 X580, with air cooled kawasaki engine, only have 120 hours on it, since i have a zero turn mower also to share my mowing duties with. I do all my maintenance myself, my zero turn was bought new in 2007, and still running strong with only minor repairs.

It was the side wall it was cracked pretty good. These are the original tires. I had my local Best one tube them. It is still holding air for now. I will see how long this lasts. If it goes flat I will just buy new rubber. This thing is well worth new rubber.
