Wow ! I have always seen you as a comedian but it is so nice to see that you are encouraging setting up private practice. My co-eds in my field of study are also always stacking up degrees upon degrees to become employable. This is because they are scared of failure !
U are telling to go outskirts but in the outskirts people want cheap doctors but the same people came to cities and spend decent money. I've practised in outskirts and I felt it.
So honest . You have opened my eyes sir .No one could have said this better than you sir . Neet pg is over rated and people tend to waste yrs of life on preparation and in the end they pay Lakhs of fees and earn peanuts in corporate hospitals . As you said it's better to invest those money in tier 2 or 3 cities and establish nursing home and give employment to others and in a sense you are independent and contributing to the society in two ways by providing employment and providing quality and affordable health care.

Exactly, medical influencers are all fake these days, there is saturation in almost all towns and cities, only the villages are left , where it is basically impossible to survive, no internet, no friends, even poor people don't have money to buy the medicines, what will they do your consultation, these influencers are not accepting these facts which is the worst thing these days, they will keep you motivating because they earn money by these so called fake motivation

Wat people like me can do, i completed my mbbs from one of the best government medical College of Karnataka, but in 2020 in my final year mbbs i had taken clonazepam and escitalopram for 4 months under the guidance of a psychiatrist for my anxiety issue, but after discontinuing those medicines i am having difficulty in working memory, long term memory, i have decreased libido, i not able to read at all, is there any way that i can lead my life after this disaster, currently i am working in phc as a part of one year compulsory service, but after 6 month it will be over, i am worried about my future
I have experienced the same, the only thing that helped me was Isha Hatha Yoga and Shambhavi and other advanced kriya yoga as imparted in Isha Yoga Centre, and to just say that it has helped is insufficient, my present mental prowess is what I haven’t experienced in my past 10yrs. It is not a quick fix, it needs patience but these practices are vaccination against any future mental health issues.
