Gynae and PSM, how can someone even compare both of them - they are just way way different. Gynae is an extremely demanding branch and for someone who prefers work life balance, PSM is any day better than gynae. Priorities differ.

Go for diploma gynea. Diploma peads and other clinical branch.
Take good branch in neet pg. Its remains lifetime
Diploma cant go abroad anyway , so comparing worklife balance MD PSM is better
