    Эти упражнения не знаю как насчёт подбородка, а от шейного остеохондроза - точно! Я эти упражнения делаю периодично. Если долго не делаю - начинает болеть шея.

    No .2 is the best thing to do. I do not recomment 4,6 and 8.

      @@purplesourpatch9307 wrong. A double chin can be caused by bad head posture, which can be corrected by working the muscles in the neck

    i have a double chin with excess skin not fat it’s a weird double chin because u can see my jawline aswell it’s just the part under my chin and it dosnt disappear w months of excercise

    Wtf! ¿Ejercicios faciales o para la musculatura del cuello? Y aún así eso implicaría eliminar la grasa de forma localizada, algo que NO es posible ya que el cuerpo la oxida de forma global y uniforme.

      Well I saw that first and second stretch muscles in different ways, no idea about 3rd one. Probably they are doubled cause these muscles have lack of working for us humans

      Quit eating sugar. Watch what you drink since everything has tons of sugar. Things like fruit juice is horrible for you. Sugar is a major cause of inflammation
