Came here to say that I danced with my mother to this recording at my wedding and she passed unexpectedly two weeks later (this dance was the last time I saw her). I can’t tell you the emotion I feel when listening back to this. She is most assuredly “still alive” in my heart. Thank you for the beautiful rendition.
When the final game is finished and the story of Mirror's Edge comes to an end, just as the credits roll, I want to hear this. Just this.That would be quite beautiful.

For some reason , the song goes perfect for a parkour game
This is the music to listen to if you are having a bad day or want to calm down. It consoles you at first but then steadily brings you up to a state of confidence and energy. The song fit the game perfectly and always inspires me to go out and run.

I always liked the original Mirror's Edge and thought it was criminally underrated. But something about this track always resonated in my soul and was possibly one of the best parts of the game. Bravo Mark on this awesome arrangement!

Rice Zentaru when all apple devices updated to iOS 7. Most ea games did not get updated and were removed from the App Store . Mirrors edge was one of them but there were lots more as well I think

I Mostly play guitar but I agree. Violin and piano are probably my favourite instruments. They just speak to my heart on a different level.

Wonderful performance of an outstanding tune
I remember when I was too young to play this game. I saw some cutscenes and I heard this soundtrack and I fell in love with it. And then a few months ago I bought the game. One of the most amazing games I've ever played, even if it's quite old now. Everytime I hear the soundtrack I get this feeling of freedom. God, I wish I could arrange like you. Thank you.

I started learning piano a year and a half ago by watching youtube videos and then practicing for hours and hours at the piano. My family would even joke about how much time I spent there. I'd be there most all day some days. But every now again I'd hit a rut, I'd get so frustrated that I couldn't play the way I knew I wanted to. Sometimes I'd even feel like quitting, but then I read your story and listen to your music and somehow it pulled me through the hard spot.

This song is very special to me and I've listened to both the original and piano covers of it countless times but this...this is just in a different league. You brought out all of the emotion of the song and expressed it in the most beautiful way. The accompaniment of the strings was complete perfection. As difficult as it is to pick from all of your work, this probably has got to be my favourite one. :)

for all those commenting on the piano, you dont have to spend anything near that to get a decent sound and touch, which is most important. You can spend $500-1000 and get something almost as good to be honest. The one in this video is the Roland HP507 and has a really nice touch and feel and rich sounding tone and excellent speaker system. But you dont need the best if you are starting out or studying to get better, I am still paying off my piano in chunks and its been almost a year ha
