I already enjoy your work. Particularly your film breakdowns, but this is next level. I love hearing it directly from the players. AND it’s also an example of how important it is for the other receivers to run their routes to open the field for the primary receiver. A skill that is often overlooked by the casual fan.

Great video having Pat breaking down his plays! It would be cool to do a “Check in with Muth” video series as training camp progresses and he becomes more familiar with Smith’s offense.
If I had to predict/compare this offense from past Steeler offenses, I see it similar to Bill Cowher’s first offense when he hired Ron Earhardt‘s pass to score run to win philosophy and I think this still works as good today as then. If you don’t remember Earhardt’s offense, go back to when the Giants beat the Bills in Super Bowl 25. Three tight ends and a big OJ Anderson running the ball never allowing the Bills high power offense enough time to get their offense going. That is how I see the Steelers this year with our three tight end packages and big Najee/Jaylen combo just pounding the opponents into submission. What better way to help your Quarter back than this style. What better way to help your defense!

@@Steelers_DB they ran a similar route earlier and juju got too cute with his release. Ben coached him up on the sideline and they came back to it and Juju used that coaching point. One of my favorite plays of that season
