    APPLE CRUMBLE BREAD RECIPE
    1 Cup / 250ml Milk
    1 Egg
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    3¼ Cups / 400g High Grade / Strong / Bread Flour
    ½ tsp Mixed Spice
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    2 tsp Bread Makers Yeast
    ½ tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp / 25g Butter
    2 Cubed Apples
    ¾ Cup / 94g Flour
    ⅓ Cup /65g Sugar
    ½ Cup Rolled Oats
    ½ Cup / 110g Butter
    Caramel Sauce to serve
    Place all of the ingredients except the butter and apple into the bread maker. Select 'White Stuffed' and press start.
    When the bread maker beeps after 22 minutes add the butter and apple and press start again.
    When the bread maker has 55 minutes left and switches over to bake sprinkle the top of the dough with the crumble topping.
    Once the bread maker has finished remove the bread from the pan and place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
    Once cool drizzle over caramel sauce and enjoy.

    I’m making this right now. I’ve added all the ingredients except the apples and butter. I just discovered tho, that someone has secretly eaten most of the apples last night. So I am substituting with a different fruit; I don’t know the name of this fruit, except that I think it’s in the family of the peaches. (I’m not an experienced baker, that’s for sure) I don’t see the option on this bread maker for white stuffed(?). So I’m selecting the ‘sweet bread’ option, the smallest size, and the lightest crust color. Your 3 minute video sure made this seem more simpler than what I’m experiencing.
    ** I finished and wow, this has a very pleasant flavor. I will try it again another day with the apples. Tho I chose the smallest loaf size, during the rise phase, it went a little overboard with the rising, lol. I did your exact measurements. But it just kept rising & rising, til it was coming out of the bread maker pan; so I had to reel it back in and stab it a few times with a skewer. But even after all the abuse, it still turned out to be very tasty. I’m surprised. I feel like it might have gone properly if I had that $500 bread maker that you made yours with, possibly. It’s on my Christmas list now.

    Hey was wondering if you can help
    I just bought my Panasonic bread maker and was wanting to know does it have a option of soft crust setting I’m trying to figure it all out. Made the soft white but still super crust- But will be making your apple loaf ASAP delicious thanks 🙏 🇳🇿 xxx

    Hi
    I have a different brand of bread maker. It is a 1-lb loaf maker. Is this recipe for ok for my maker ? Or should I half all the ingredients ?

      I think it should be good if your loaf pan is about the same size 😊

      I had second thought about the size of my bread maker, so I half all the ingredients except the 1 egg. Turns out I was right. I think your bread marker is 1.5 - 2 lb. Anyway, the bread turns out perfect, my family ate it all during breakfast.

      @@recipesbycarina Made this the other day for the fam. Thumbs up all round! The only issue I had was that it collapsed in the middle. I suspect I put too much apple (additional moisture) and too much crumble on the top.

      I just baked it in the oven using a spring form pan baked it at 375 degrees. The bread maker did mix and rise
      But did not brown or heat up!But other than it looks good.it takes “way to long” to do it in the bread maker,
      It’s like using the crock pot on high to cook.

    i tried it. wrong receipe. the quantity is much bigger than the pan when ferminted was so high hit the cover. crumble no way stick additionally with fermintation all fall on the heat sticks and burned. after five minutes of baking i switched off and throw it because of the burning smoke and smell. so fake recipe dont do it.
