I made this today, and I couldn't stop eating it :D The taste and the texture is just amazing. I have a different bread machine, so I selected bread kneading at first, after Rise for 30min, then filled the dough (used dark chocolate in the butter cocoa filling), and another Rise for 30 min, and then finally Bake for 45 min. (checked after 30 min but it wasn't ready) Thanks for the recipe, I will make this from now on for sure :)
ZaTaYaYummy Which means we press menu 8 for cinnamon raisin bread too? Instead of making cinnamon rolls i am thinking of making cinnamon bread ( instead of adding chocolate , i spread out the dough and spread cinnamon powder, brown sugar and raisins) . Would it work with menu 8?

1st attempt on Panasonic Sdp104. My dough was quite sticky even though I followed the recipe exactly except I used coconut sugar. Added more flour but still sticky. For my end product, the crust was a bit hard and bitter, but the inner part was very soft. My children and I still love the bread. Tbe bread was however a bit dry the next day. Was hoping to improve it the next time I bake it. Also, realised that all bread need to add sugar and this is something that I don't really like.. Will use coconut sugar and honey OR maple syrup to substitute with white or castor sugar. Thanks, hope to have more recipes.. 💕👍🏻🇸🇬☺️
Reduce the amount of sugar and replace the rest with stevia sweetener. You need abit to feed on the yeast. Happy baking! Try my white bread recipe, it's pretty simple and easy to make.

I made my first loaf of bread and it was as good as I think that it could be, meaning edible. ha ha I did hear my bread maker beep about 45 to an hour in but I just ignored it. (I got it from goodwill so I do not have the booklet that came with it.) Is that the beep that means to take it out and add ingredient? If so, did you just open the lid and that stops the bread maker, or is there a button combination I have to press so that it will pause as I fumble around adding stuff?
Basically you need a setting mode that allows you to shape your dough in between proofing sessions. Look at your instruction menu book to know which setting.

Hi, I just got this machine. Its recipe book tells us to use water with 5 degree celcious when room temperature is more than 25°C. Hence, I use cold water (~5°c) Tried 2 times. My breads all turned out short, around 11cm. 😔. Thus, I searched around RUclips and found your recipes. Wanted to know what temperature of water do you usually use when you use this machine. 🙏
I'm using this machine too. I always use iced cold water (sometimes below 5°C) when making breads and they all turn out well. If you are living in a hot climate as i'm living in Thailand , try reducing 5-10% of the amount of water in the recipes.
5 degree water is fine if you are like me living in a tropical country. I used room temp water. But, I do know that kneading dough with cold water is actually better. 11 cm is short, there could be alot factor. Is your yeast too old?
It's shaping the dough with the filling. If you really lazy. Omit the chocolate filling and add some chocolate chips when the dough is nearly finish mixing.

Please don't waste your time and ingredients following this guy recipe. I tried it 3 times and every time i end up with something similar with a brick. Why? because is simply impossible for the cake to rise and maintain its shape with only 200 gr of flower. This guy is here to sell you this bread maker.

Thanks, mine came out amazing! Needed to add slightly 1 tbsp of flour while it was mixing and then only baked until 185F. Came out soft and delicious

Don't click the stop button, just take it out and roll it asap within 15 mins. Then put it back. It will start automatically

You could add anything that you like to suit your tastebud. Dough hook with a stand mixer is okay too!
