It’s great to know this video is there waiting for me when I am ready. Your tutorials are a cut above in my opinion. The detailed step-by- step instructional style breaks the process down which suits my personal learning style. Thanks again for the effort- it’s making a difference in my progression for sure!
Thanks man, really appreciate the words. As always, stoked the content is useful and glad it's making an impact. Let me know when you get started on them, interested in your feedback and progress! Cheers :)
I was already good at doing heel 180s both regular and switch. But I still watched because I thought I could refine it, and I wasn't wrong. Thx a lot, the whole thing about compression is what I've been missing. This is probably the reason why my hookups have been so sudden and scary...
I'm coming back to longboarding after a couple years and I remembered your channel was super helpful back then. I'm glad I remembered because it's still super helpful and I've picked up my pendulum slides really fast. Gonna try learning stand ups this time around!
Amazing thank you so much very weel explain, I will do what you say and take my back feet of the board too that helped me, I see you do the same. takecare men
Should all 4 wheels be losing traction? I can only get my back wheels to slide and I end up just doing some sort of pivot around my front wheels, but idk if that’s right or if I’m doing something wrong, not going fast enough, etc
When I do stand up slides, my board stays stuck in the street and I fly off. I throw all the weight forward, do the compression and decompression, I roll my shoulders, but there's no way my board won't stop abruptly. I wear some orangatang moronga 86a. its so frustrating haha. Nice video btw!
Are you leaning back enough? Weight on your heels? Pushing into the board? . Feel free to DM me some clips on Insta so I can help you troubleshoot. Thanks for watching

Thats ok if you pivot around the front wheels. Try now to hold out teh slide and get all four wheels to break traction
