Both are same and if your CTC is increasing then in-hand is going to increase automatically, it will increase everything, from da to hra to basic , pf amount, bonus everything will increase

I got 4 rating in confirmatory appraisal with 18% hike and then I got 5 rating in Wipro in second year in year end review with 15% and then after completion of 2 years then promoted to senior Engineer with 10% which is very less. Now I am going to talk to manager, need 80% now. Is it possible?
