Indian IT and Software Industry is quite underrated, Currently it's the backbone of our Indian Economy, but still they are given no respect in society despite being one of the highest job going tax payers, Govt. needs to bring reforms to give some facilitiation to the IT and Software Engineers.
Yes, all pain taken by employees and companies, govt is only interested is sucking the tax in multiple ways...
IT is not just giving jobs but it has a huge ecosystem with it for local economy
@@infogaanja2323 Software Sector is quite unorganised in nature, no union or nothing, Just see one example, Modi ji has announced Privatization and see how many PSUs and PSBs have gone on full 3 days strike. But same can't be done in software industry companies can make anyone overwork, overstress or underpay and govts can still collect HUGE taxes to Pay for the Lavish lifestyle like "Gaadi", "Bunglow" of Govt employees but still we can't say Anything just because this sector is quite unorganized in nature.
But the sad part is most of the projects in Indian IT are still the US based projects. Like digital currency the govt. Should bring tech in every sector. India with this huge population it will be huge advantage to us. Also, I think government need to stop printing new currencies that will force many people to use the digital currency.
Engineers are already enjoying the pay for the struggle they do . Rest all sectors are just nightmare
agricultural is backbone of india and all software companies are from foreign, software is temporary and agricultural is underated in india ,all software employees getting good salary except farmers
The city authorities should seriously consider expanding the Metro to the Airport, Whitefield and Electronic City at least.
Metro to airport is already in progress, I think whitefield and electronic city will be covered in the upcoming phases but yeh it will take atleast 15 years😂😅.

HSR !! Only place in Bangalore where you have all the good things put together. Startup’s, wide roads, parks, friendly dogs, greenery, cafés and pubs. Only problem is finding a nice affordable apartment 😄

Working remotely for an American company in while being in India is very difficult. I have been doing this for past 1 year and I can see my productivity low as compared to what it was when I was working in Indian timings.
That’s true. I was in the same boat for last 8 months. It was bearable only when I was earning in USD but disgusting on INR. But definitely productivity becomes very low, my tasks kept spilling over sprints

As an Engineer in startup, I can relate to that 8:56 ...no formality and its not driven by hierarchy at all ...even your boss will come and share jokes with you.
You could have used Rapido also for commuting . You could have taken an Auto at metered rates and paid 30 Rs extra .Also there is an Airport special bus along with Special trains from Local Railway station points in the city to Airport .

Dear imagine of you have 3bhk home and sudden 20-30 ppl come to reside in your home without intimation or plan and you cannot stop them so what will b condition of your home? Same is happening with Bengaluru the sudden boom of IT and Electronics chip, and other defense related growth makes the city to get full like hell. I miss that old Bengaluru. If u want to see real old Bengaluru watch old kannada movies their u can see beautiful gardens, free less traffic roads, awesome climate but now I feel so hectic to walk in roads of Bengaluru even same is the case for Hyderabad now.. Hope Hyderabad and chennai won't be next Bengaluru in terms of traffic and infrastructure development

Bro u spent a lot of money in travelling, trust me I'm a Bangalorian it would have been gone low if u know how to travel efficiently in Bangalore. That first auto guy took 200 rupees for 7km is unfair.
Hyderabad has better infra, roads, less congested, less polluted, better government, better planned city and govt policies, less crime compared to NCR areas which is why many MNCs are moving here. Microsoft has its india HQ here, Amazon's world's laegest campus, Google's world's 2nd largest campus is getting ready. But theres no denying the fact that bangalore has been in IT since British era, while Hyderabad hitec city (Cyberabad) started much later in 2000s facing issues such as separation of andhra and forming of Telangana and yet it has grown considreably quick. Bangalore has the weather and more young people tho for the startups and is more diverse and cosmopolitan comparitively. HYD has many top institutes near IT areas which is a huge plus point. If Karnataka govt doesnt do much and does controversies like halal, hijab, soon Telangana will take over in terms of MNCs (since theres no competition to BLR in terms of startups)

Traffic, dust (construction work), changing multiple bus etc etc.
If salary is good you can afford good places near company otherwise you are doomed. There is no escape from this struggle ( sad reality in crowded areas)
