To anyone who are confused and asking whether to join Infosys (3.6 lpa) or Wipro & TCS etc.. Do note that 3.6 LPA Infosys is saying is MAXIMUM POSSIBLE CTC which will be decided according to your performance in their training exams!!! If you get 92+ in training tests = 3.6 LPA If 80-91, then 3.45 LPA If below 80%, then only 3.3 LPA Also if you fail EVEN a single test out of the 6 total tests, you'll automatically just get 3.3 LPA (even if after retest your final score is 92+). And Infosys training tests are VERY DIFFICULT, I'm not making this up.. TCS Capgemini tests are NOTHING in front of the level of tests that Infosys takes & it's very, very stressful. And about the so called "best" training, NO it's not. It's good definitely but it's 2022 today, not 2009.. you can easily learn everything from RUclips or Udemy and all.. the whole "Infosys has the best training" tag is actually very old and doesn't apply to 2022. Ps. I joined Infosys as fresher in 2020 while my friends joined TCS, Capgemini and others.

Choose cognizant because it's overall package is better than wipro I think, My brother have worked for both but he got better package in cognizant. In case of a fresher I think wipro should first choice. Its the best road to start your journey in this industry.

Join infosys Accenture does not have any projects now, they are hiring to make their bench strength strong and also training of accenture is not good. Join infosys as the package is high also infosys give world class training.
Information is not correct promotion and band change are very challenging and based on performance and technical test scores that employee has to write every year until get promoted.If one is not able to clear test them they will not get promoted although annual appraisal won’t be stop but it will not be on higher end.
