      Bro this bonus is on retention period for 24 months that is if u leave before 24 months u will have to give the money back

    In 1st year I am getting only 22300 in hand, they are cutting pf and medical of around 2200....

    Hi mam if in active work only hike be increased after 1 yr or in non billable or in free aslo they calculate nd increase our salary after 1yr ... Pls clarify ...

    Ma'am what about the bonus payment on the basis of performance that Wipro promised? It's way more than the 30k you mentioned for the next 3 years. They mentioned during their seminar that by the end of the 3year period, CTC will be around 7 to 9 lakhs annually. Please look into this further and provide a update about the same. Also for every bonus given there will be a 2 year lock-in period is what I've heard kindly look into this as well.

      Please do not believe anything that's not written in your offer letter. If its mentioned you can definitely believe but if it's just said in their ppts then it will probably never happen

      Also this only happens with a selected few who perform exceptionally well. That's not the general trend though

      @@careerqofficial Okay ma'am, but it is mentioned in the offer letters that were provided for the role of project engineer. If possible could you kindly elaborate on it because there is a bit of confusion on how these bonuses are given.

      Please consult about this with your manager and take a written confirmation from him/her. As far as I know, it's not yet mandatory but you need to know about the practice being followed in your project or by your client
