    Really best quality audio for AVCHD, so from my guitar videos I will record them in AVCHD for better quality audio. Thank you very much!

    Data rate is actually identical . Remember one is 50fps , other 25fps , you need double the Data Rate to retain the image quality , because video is fast pictures , so extract pictures , look at 1 to 1 , you will find they are same .There is just more of them in 50fps , so data rate is double , it has to be to remain same quality . The difrence of 75MB VS 150MB , is directly related to double the amount of pictures , but quality of each is the same .
    The degradation in quality comes from lower resolution , and i dont know what happened with sound .

    I also find that raw files on my Sony camcorder are in the MTS format. Both AVHCD and MTS seem to be equal in quality and certainly better than MP4.

    You know it doesn't actually film in 20 mega pixels.... 1080 x 1920 = 2.073.600

    You cant notice the difference in videos because youtube limits the bitrate of 1080p videos to 8Mb/s, you should've upscaled to 4K that way we can actually see the bitrate difference

      Thanks for pointing this out. You're right I was suppose to upscale it to 4K for better comparison.

    So, the AVCHD is a new format?

    • @bhupindertube
      @bhupindertube  2 года назад +1

      AVCHD is the optimum format for Sony cameras. MP4 is universal format.

    Proof of how hard times are: Puerto Rican Singer Chayanne making videos on RUclips to supplement his income. Next time, he could do the video in song format, may get more clicks.😆

      It's a bit more to it, but in a nut shell, that's the biggest difference! In the video, you could also see the actual differences in the video quality between the 2 formats.
