they should've made the freelance photographer thing a free update and put modelling career in the pack instead...
Felisya Alaudina couldn’t agree more
Ooh that would have been great! And it could have fit perfectly into the get famous pack
They shouldve made the toddler frame free too, or just family pictures.
Felisya Alaudina ohh noo, don’t say that! Now I’m really disappointed. Dammit EA.
Agreed
btw, fun fact regarding the joke you made at the beginning: in italian "moschino" could be translated as "small fly", so the joke fit prefectly
Mariano Laguzzi not really, “mosca” (fly) is feminine while moschino is masculine, little fly would be “moschina”
@@beatrc beh, però se ci pensi, spesso si dice anche "c'è un moschino"
Ohhh so like Spanish mosquito which means little fly too.
Mariano Laguzzi mai sentito onestamente hahaha
What’s going on?
you know this entire freelance photographer thing should rather have just been a free update, like they're just building on whats already there, not adding anything new or ground breaking
Yeah but they need to give people a reason to buy it when they dont care about Moschino
Caity Trina true😂😂
Caity Trina sims must not be generating a lot of revenue if the need to have a sponsorship
rowan no they always have a collab with other brands, ie ikea stuff pack and diesel, but this one is just depressing
Yeah, it should be free for multiple reasons but for me, the biggest reason is because there's literally nothing else to do with the photography skill. And I think it's shitty that for the first time the photography skill is actually useful it's in a stuff pack.
We need to appreciate how tactfully James blends humour with his very thinly veiled disdain for SPs.
I want to be able to zoom in and out on my sims camera without buying this stuff pack. I don’t want the photographer career and don’t care for the clothes at all. Some of the furniture is cool. But I really think that the normal functions of a camera should just be patched in. All the lighting and poses and special functions are great for people who want to buy the pack and play the career. I think just being able to adjust the normal camera should already be in the game.
Good point, except this is EA and they will keep monetizing the sims until the sun explodes
@@clownfromclowntown Makes me think about the realm of magic game pack. It should have witches, werewolves, fairies and any other supernatural. But knowing EA, they'll split the supernatural into their own separate pack, they already did so with vampires.
Do you mean being able to move around while taking a photo? Because you can zoom in an out with the cameras in game.
Marissa yeah that’s what I meant. Like changing where the camera is with and when you zoom in and out it doesn’t actually go very far. I had a sim stand across a room to take a photo of his kids at the kitchen table and practically had him in the next room before both kids were in frame. Changing the size of the photo while taking it would be nice. I just remember sims 3’s camera being so much more functional. I like having photos of the family on the wall but the lack of basic/ standard functions makes me not even bother taking photos a lot of the time.
@@melancholygirl7793 With them all separate though, they each get their own pack and hence more development and gameplay. The vampire system is really well done.
Trapping a sim in a photo backdrop square is the new pool drowning
You are a genius! Wait I mean-that's just SO coo-cruel! That is cruel.
Oh yeah! Lol
Incoming CallMeKevin video
Make them constantly take photos...
*Genius*
@@Her_Imperious_Condescension Sims 4 but Jim Pickens becomes a photographer
see, it's the tiny things like the doors not matching the window heights or the small windows not having a closed version that really, really bug me. EA is an AAA studio so i will always hold them up to the AAA standards of 2019 and i really feel there's next to no excuse for a closed window variant. sure, that may tick the boxes of a niche selection of fans who are total perfectionists but it just comes off as lazy and ignorant of why the sims continues to decline in quality.
I’ll never understand why people complain so much when sims is constantly releasing new content, including updates for the base game as well as totally game changing dlc. Maybe it’s a lack of knowledge about how much work it takes to make games, but I’m personally very impressed with EA continually making new content and avoiding micro transactions in the process. Even as a base game user I see changes and updates that improve the game 5 years after release. That’s awesome.
@@umbrellacycles It's because they're not hitting the fundamentals. This isn't their first rodeo, we're on iteration 4, and really the game should be eclipsing its predecessors. We're paying so much, but there are still constant bugs, details missing, gameplay issues etc.
I completely agree, it just feels lazy and incomplete
@@umbrellacycles It's not that complicated to produce this amount of 3D props really. Most of the scripts where already done, they basically just need to copy past it on their new model to make it works in game. Or they improve their scripts, like there with the whole picture thingy.
EA mostly create sport game with Ea Sport. EA themself put more time in buying other video game companie (like Dice for Battlefield and Battlefront, or the studio ByoWare with MassEffect, DragonAge and lately Anthem...) than creating their own game... Which is pretty sad because the Sims univers could be developped and enhanced so much more.
But I feel like they don't put the heart on this game anymore, or too fiew people in the Sims team still have passion for their work. For some, it's maybe hard to be passioned about something that earn waaaay less money than Fifa...
It makes me feel like every pack is rushed and there is no quality control. Not professional at all. I don't know how this would be acceptable in any field. Once or twice, sure mistakes happen, but every single pack...? That calls for new management.
okay but upon seeing the CAS items from the Moschino stuff pack all I can say is.. some CC items that u can download for free are prettier and nicer than in those included in the stuff pack.
@Oliphant Kid right? some cc stuffs out there looks way better than the CAS items from this pack, and CCs are free, not unless the creators whats you to buy them.
Its fashion clothes, its always ugly by default.
Moschino has I wild style which might not be appealing to all
@@kiaramaposa3878 its not just the design but the fact they look painted on, so they are just low quality.
I feel like they should make a collab pack with a cc creator and make the cc actually in the game ( if u get what i mean ) id buy packs like that
Imagine the possibilities of this new career with Wicked Whims... this is probably the only reason why I'll get this Stuff Pack lol
Yep I can see the magazines and photos/posters. oh dear...
@@aquariusqueen6870 can you change the photos on magazines?!
@@TheUnplannedLove No. But WW might. Hehe.
😂😂your videos never fail to exude the perfect level of sarcasm and disappointment for stuffpacks
My first pet is definitely the roach of all the stuff packs.
The Next Hokage is it bad that I actually liked that pack? 👀🤦♀️
@@emiiwee It isn't your fault. People are just (reasonably) peeved that it's paid DLC for other paid DLC that you have to have as well.
@@emiiwee nah, everyone has the preferences!
I like to call this My First Photograph stuff pack... xD
That being said, it’s definitely not as bad as the pack that shall not be named but it kinda feels like an add-on that could have been included with the update rather than making us pay for an upgraded version of something that’s been out for years. I do love the style but I feel like it should have brought some newer, more interesting content. I’d rather have the ability to have fashion shows with the photography.
I like it as well, I think it’s a decent pack, but it should have been in cats and dogs :/
My biggest frustration is that it smells like we have an intentionally limited photo studio now, and we're paying $10 to unlock features. This is worse when you agree with James (which I do) that stuff packs aren't worth $10 with 100% ORIGINAL content. It looks nice, but the clothes are mediocre. :-/
I don't think they intentionally left photography unfinished. I agree this isn't worth 10 in the case of the majority, I'll wait for it to be on sale.
But I think photography was an afterthought and when they saw how the pack was coming together they was" Ooooh, snap we need to make photography work better if we're gonna put this out."
So that's my thought behind it. Although I am quite happy it happened though. So as soon as that 6.99 sale hit I'm scooping this up 😂😂😂
@@Tru1Tani Yeah but they already split photography up back when they added the og photo studio in get together.
@@user-pz4yc7mv8r dang, I didn't know that. Then I'm inclined to say they weren't going to do anything more with it until they tried yo play test the fashion photographer gigs and saw that they screwed up bigly
7:40 I love how he just yeeted that sofa out of existence LMAO
Omg I’ve never had this many likes on anything in my life so I’m a little shooketh
13:13 Oh goodie, they finally got around to what modders did 4 years ago and charged $10 for it. Very cool thank you EA.
james is like the gorden ramsey of the sims
THIS GAME PACK IS SO RAW ITS STILL TELLING EA TO FUCK OFF
But He is right about that
What about LGR? :)
Then LGR is like the Simon Cowell of the Sims lol. He hasn't been happy with the sims dlc since Seasons
A really really nice Gordon Ramsey of sims
The Sim Supply and Deligracy uploaded at the same time! I had to choose!
Wandering Freelancer it’s ok, I understand
Psst. A secret. I was watching your videos side by side, I couldn't choose 😂
it`s like choosing who you love the most - mum or dad
@@user-mc9bg9rs7r Check Deli's vid! I commented both comments at around the same time because I was watching Deli's video on my iPad, and James's video on my iPhone
Deligracy I chose yours to watch first hehe
this is such a james pack - he got all modern and black and white xD
Everyone’s uploading at the same time and I don’t know who to watch first 😅
The embargo would of lifted just now
Lol same
But I see you picked the right one!
That’s the complete opposite for me. I’ve been waiting for a video to watch all day xD
Oops I watched Lilsimsie first 🙈
Next stuff pack: My Second Pet Stuff
Neeve this is hilarious 😂😂😂😂😭😭😭
Girl wtf why you got to be giving them ideas lol delete your post fast before they see it
Or Teenage stuff pack with like 1 piece of clothing
@@fishinnet3502 I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that actually come out😂.
Dude, that fad with pets is over.
You're really selling it, James! The items and photography equipment are super cool. I still think the free-range controls for photography should have been in the free update, though. I don't want to pay $10 just to unlock something like that. Will be waiting for this to go on sale for sure. Awesome vid!
Wait shouldn't most of this stuff have come out in the get famous pack?
My first pet stuff pack flashbacks*
Or get together where the photography skill and og photo studio come from. Its almost like EA has an ulterior motive behind their packs missing chunks of content but I can't put my finger on what...
a1918 that was get to work but I get your point
I feel like the sims team are getting lazy with details such as the door, also fewer items/new ideas in expansions, game and stuffpacks, that makes me sad because the community still supports and buys, but we dont get what we pay for anymore
EA: * Makes another stuff pack called "All of The Things We Didn't Add That We Should Have Added" *
Also EA: * Adds nothing that we ever needed into the stuff pack called "All of The Things We Didn't Add That We Should Have Added"
*Sigh*...stuff packs are like Thanos...inevitable
😂😂😂
Cool to see James react to your pun.
But we, are Iron Man.
@@etta5487 We can only hope 😄
I wish we could return certain packs that we dont use anymore
Key EA would go bankrupt if they did that
@@clownfromclowntown Back in TS2 days I could sell my CDs at no cost to EA. I get that digital download is more flexible but you win some, you lose some 😂😂
Or at least sell them to someone else, even if it was at a financial loss. I'd gladly sell my vampires pack cheap to someone who wanted it.
@@Megan-ts7rv man lol or if we could trade it for a pack that cost the same
wish i could get rid of vampires
They’re smart but also greedy for including that photography update in a basically unwanted stuff back. The buy and cas stuff can and mostly already is covered by CC. As far as what holds value, you’re basically paying this price for an extra freelance career and a photography update.... I hate the sims. Just make a fashion game pack include all this and more content. Fashion shows, designer career. Or even better make it an expansion back and give us the design and color wheel tool. This is why sims is viewed as a lazy cash grab. We’re willing to pay the money just for what we’ve been asking for.
15 stuff packs?? What's next, Fancy Pet Stuff?
MsLambLambs my first mermaid stuff pack
@@tamaragreen8861 hahah
don’t give them ideas you guys!
Still waiting for more toddler/parenting interactions. It’s still limited.
@@tamaragreen8861 Yesh
Honestly I think they should’ve just added a game play element, like clothing design or something, and maybe a few more items and called it a game pack.
Ashley Clark meh do you really think it’s worth that much more money? i think having some DLC at the 10 dollar price point is a nice consideration for those folks who can’t buy everything at any cost.
@@KatarinaKohn not as is. I just wanted more from a pack like this. I like the items and want more of them, and a designer career, where you could actually do a little bit of in game creation would have been a lot of fun.
Mostly I just think their first collab should have been bigger/better.
It would be even nicer if EA sold one complete game instead of making one game with barely enough to keep you busy for more than 2 days and then selling you the rest of your game for $10-$40 each. Seriously. Imagine how much money you need to spend to have all the additions if you wanted something actually fun..
Edit: so I wanted to calculate it out and so (from what I remember)
Each expansion pack is $40, each game pack is $20, and each stuff pack is $10.
(40 X 7) + (20 X 7) + (10 X15) = $570. $570! there's so many actual games you can buy with that! And it's sad to think there's probably a lot of parents who don't have a lot of money but want to make their kid happy so they keep forking over their money.
But the sims has always been this way it makes no sense to change it now
@@Spidermanslefttoenail The main difference is that the others were actually decent video games that you could play when they first came out. TS4 straight up shouldn't have even been released when it did and took years to resemble something that you should charge any amount of money for.
Or you can stop buying and thus stop complaining
Nobody is spending $570 on packs in one day. They’re bought over time and mostly during sales. I played the Sims 4 without packs for a whole year and slowly bought most of the packs. It’s literally not that much of a financial burden if you put away a couple of dollars every week and save for the sales period.
@@lydiaaa5628 That does not detract from the fact the complete game is 500+ together. Point me at any other not online/lootbox/Microtransaction type of game worth as much. Just one. Because as much as I love the Sims, the cost has always been ridiculous 😂😂
They should add so that you can rent out house and make appartment blocks that can be rented or sold and a hotel
I think Max is going to get some new photos of himself for the mansion 😏
all these packs make this game over $400 to buy and NO THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
if you buy on sale and buy it every once in a while its not bad. doing the math i spent less on this game per month than i do going out and seeing movies.
@Silicone Julie ahoy there, mate
that's why people pirate the sims
good thing you don't have to buy all of them
$400 over 5 years. Not in one jump. This didn't all come out at one time
Actually I'm also positive surprised by the quality of the pack, and I really love the gameplay that comes with it. They did a really good job with this one
It's a nice pack but some of the stuff should of been free and that open window doesn't come in a closed version which is disappointing
@@insertcurrentmemehere8855 Which stuff do you mean? But I agree with you on the windows
@@barbieguard like some of the stuff with pictures like zooming pictures
@@insertcurrentmemehere8855 Okay, I think the zooming was there before and a lot of the photography features came with the new update
@@barbieguard oh I didn't know that lol I don't mess with photography and I'm on console so I didn't know
I love the magazine clutter, the clothes rack and the bookshelf but stuff packs are 40 bucks in my country and I'm not paying that for 3 items lmao
My gosh 40? You poor soul
40 dollars?!
Where do you live??? Stuff packs go on sale all the time in the US for around $8. How much do expansion packs cost in your country?
@@lydiaaa5628 This is the prices in the swedish version of Origin
Stuff pack: 99SEK/$10.33
Game pack: 199SEK/$20.76
Expansion pack: 429SEK/$44.75
For me stuff packs are $15 but I wait for 50% off and pay $7.99
This actually looks like a well fleshed out stuff pack, when it was first announced I think I like most people was hesitant just jump on board, but now that I've seen what the pack has to offer, I'll definitely be getting it.
Ya I'm gonna pass on this one. I've got way better gameplay mods and CC. Thanks, but no thanks. Like I've said in the past, the Sims needs to work on the gameplay they have now, like Dine Out.
Preach!
WHY is the pack logo SO odd?!
Those windows would be pretty good for a steampunk train station type build.
I still remember the H&M and Ikea packs back in The Sims 2. Golden age, golden game, SO. MUCH. STUFF.
The problem is stuff packs please few people. To me I say 25% or less depending on the theme. Even making a GP or EP people want us a challenge. Even the highly talked about University, I've seen people say they'd rather have a Farming EP or something different but the people who want uni jump to EA isn't listening to us. I'd love a into the future pack with robots that are like transformers. Now how many of you would like that? Get my point? I was going to skip this pack but my younger brother surprisingly wants it.
Then wouldn't it be a smart idea to do a better job at pleasing those smaller audiences and enticing people who are on the fence with a better quality product that's actually worth the prices they're charging? Even if they do appeal to specific niches they still end up missing major features or feel like a bunch of random crap tossed together.
Also... they don't _need_ to be extremely niche, situational packs. What happened to buying an Expansion Pack that _EXPANDS_ the entire experience instead of being something that either 5 people will care about or everyone will mess with for an hour and forget it exists?
@@dallyink7412 depends. Like with Island Living, City Living and Get Famous, I feel you have to be creative and that's what sims is about so people complaining give me the impression they want the EP to be like fo this, then this, then this etc not 100% EA's fault if you use the contents once. Like University which people claim has so much replay value, you have to plan on using it. Unless they make packs like seasons where it's there all of the time.
very funny that a photography career and the build/buy items are the highlight of a fashion company collab pack
Most of them are below average comparing to sims 3 this is disgraceful and their expansion packs/ stuff packs/ game packs are pricey to. Jesus Christ this is pathetic..
for real. i did pay full price (39.99) for it on steam but can do SO much more stuff and so much more options for jobs and just every thing...AND IT HAS USEABLE CARS!
sims 3 stuff packs had no gameplay, were twice the price and came with the same amount of items.
@@arlohansen65 sims 4 base game feels like a upgraded graphics version of sims original. theres like nothing to it
@@arlohansen65 You're joking.. right? Some expansion packs for the sims 3 were $15, now the sims 4 ones are $50. Stuff packs aren't supposed to add gameplay, thats why it's called STUFF and they came with way way way more items then these small, crappy packs.
paying almost £40 for expansion packs is a rip-off, and stuff packs, most of the things you can get with cc or mods. People won't keep paying for EA's crap unless they give us something half decent, and if they gave us what we wanted, surely they will sell more right? and also why are we paying more for an add-on to the game than the actual game?
Not quite first.
Sorry
The bookshelf!! YES! 8:00/11:34 It shows EXACTLY the color swatches that, imo, should be with every single item and _then_ the color ways for each specific pack/themes added in addition to those. Simple black, white, light, medium and dark woods (the grey is nice too). - We should be able to more easily mix and match between packs, and have them still _sort of_ match, lol - basic wood and monochrome tones are so the way to go! * Fingers crossed * this is the new standard that we see much more of.
As for the pack, I will forever think they could have went with a much better and more appealing to their masses collab... But, I do love the expansion to photography and all of the little bits - the animated backdrop is really nice, and I can't wait to play with the tripod out in the world. ALL of the Build Buy items are absolutely lovely really, I'm so stoked that they made another usable clothes rack. And those windows!! ♥ (I do hope the smaller one not having a closed version is a mistake that will be updated.) I'll definitely grab this SP, and may not even wait for a sale, lol.
Tyfs!! Hope you have a great week. Best of wishes.
Honestly... I don’t think is worth it.
I think the only stuff pack I ever have bought (and ever will buy) full price was Laundray Day.
Honestly, I think I may wait until there’s a 50% off sale so I can buy it just for those windows.
James: My favorite item is the window.
Everyone: *gasps in shock*
Ok, I've never once been a fan of other CC creators asking for money, but you know what? Instead of putting $10 into Moschino stuff packs, go donate $10 to your favourite CC creator who doesn't use paywalls. Most of them have tiers that even allow you to *request items* be made, and they work their butts off to bring us amazing content.
Seriously. I'm gonna do this instead. Y'all should as well. Support the creators working to make this community amazing and bring us content we want, not the industry.
That one wallpaper with orange and blue reminds me of the #wave from that Sims 3 build you did with Deli. A wave at sunset or sunrise.
Obviously, watching Semaj first was the best choice!
Oh boy James.....I think you may have created a monster by showing how those backdrop walls can be used to make an enclosed area!!!
So this is basically like TS2's H&M stuff pack.
Except that was way better. This Mosquito stuff pack is absolute garbage.
More like TS3's Diesel stuff pack
Not really. H&M wasn't high fashion. Plus its focus was just clothing. This comes with a "new" career gameplay.
Just that the H&M stuff pack had pretty much 10 times as much clothing as this one, and clothing that actually looked like something you would actually wear.
H&M stuff was better because it’s not high fashion so it added clothing that were more everyday type clothes that normal people wear
Yeah, I also ended up really liking the build/buy items even though most of the clothes aren't really my style.
I really like that, even though you are often backed and sponsored by EA/Maxis via Sims 4, you are still very open and honest about your opinions. You are just respectful about them. It's pleasant.
Fashion Pack... "Windows are my favorite part of this pack!"
Me: Yeah No. 😂
Mines the book shelf. I love the space to put more flowers.❤😂
Thanks for sharing the info. I’m still behind in some old packs but I’ll get around to everything eventually I hope
Those animated backgrouns are amazing for Dungeons, I always used windows and those ceiling effects from Get Famous and it still worked great.
I love how honest you are in these videos - I can always count on you to speak your mind about packs and not just be 100% positive about them because you’re a game changer
Good stuff!
OMG I love the picture frame that holds multiple pictures! I've been asking in comment sections on the sims facebook page for a couple years now if they could make a photo album that works like the treasure chests, where you can drag and drop the photos your sims take into the object and then have them all stored there as a keepsake. I think the picture frame is a step in that direction, at least on a small scale. Yay! I hope they make the family photo album an option someday though!
I have been wanting Windows like that for so long. Need a few more sizes especially now with beach Lots
just give us create a world and never make us pay again ea
they said it was too hard to do a create a world option, except a modder has been working on exactly that, and if a modder with little access to source materials is able to do it, they sure can
they say it's because to make the worlds look nice they place down individual terrain pieces so it's not a sandbox creator, but what they don't (care about) realise is that we don't need every world to look like that
literally just let us sandbox and our amazing world creators and modders will add elements that make custom worlds beautiful
they could give us the most basic tool with a few trees, rocks, terrain paints and shapers, plot placements, and nothing else, and our modders would easily be able to turn that into something amazing. ea could literally put so little work into it by just recycling their current lot creation tools and allowing for mods to be ported into the world maker, and that would be absolutely perfect
they make the excuse that create a world is hard because their worlds are handcrafted, but that is ridiculous because sure, developer worlds can look nice, but the community doesn't freaking care whether it's handcrafted piece by piece. we want actual variety.
I didn't realise until I was building last night but that libearian bookend thing actually might be a massively sized down version of a Get Famous statue-prop thing.
Guys! James is so on top of his website! I was on it August 8th and he already had Moschino stuff in his random pack generator!
Sooooo... One can make mr. Jeffersons room from life is strange? 🤠
I HATE the icon for this pack but I’ve bought all the other ones, sooo gotta complete my collection. But also where is our island counter for island living???
But for real I just want the photography stuff so I can take photos of my legacy family sims
I hate it too! it doesn't match any of the other pack icons!!
Yeah, it looks fucking disgusting. What was EA thinking LMAO
Maybe because it's branded they wanted it to stand out?
itsoutside43 maybe but it stand out in the worst possible way - by being the ugliest
It's a big ass ugly M like what the fuck. First they make the icons look like shit and now this.
Thanks for voicing the issue with door height/seams not matching with windows!
This looks like my first pet stuff part 2 should have been part of get famous
This building looks a bit like the "create a sim"-building from Sims 2
Especially with all the photo sets.
It would be really awesome if they add the Sims 2 Poses, just for the giggles ^^
Damn, you and Deli uploaded at almost the exact same time and it took me a while to decide who to watch first😂
The only difference between Moschino and Laundry Day was that WE as a collective as the consumer decided on it so you can see why it reigns supreme out of the stuff packs.
Wow! I just added up the base game, all expansion packs, all game packs and all stuff packs just to see how much I have spent on The Sims 4 since 2014. It came to about $640 usd!!! The Sims, as a hobby, is getting way too expensive for me.
Erika Cummings you've fallen right into EA's trap.
@@clownfromclowntown Well, I think it's time for me to make my escape out of EA's trap. It was a good ride but it's time for me to move on.
The intro though!😂

Also James: love these patterns and color schemes, and the items, and the neon light, and the windows!
Lol ❤️
semaj: is sponsored by ea
also semaj: mercilessly roasts ea within first 30 seconds of video
Yeaaaaaa I usually buy packs release day but this is gonna wait for a sale 😬
I'm actually really liking this pack, but to be fair, the gurus did say the pack isnt going to be what we would expect :) few of the cas items are a little out there and I probably wont use them personally but the build and buy things I'll definitely be using
When he said "my favourite stuff pack" i was legit thinking he meant my first pet stuff. Didn't realise he was being serious lmao
I just love how your wit is making us live with all the bunch of imperfect stuff in this game a lot better. 👍
It’s so SATISFYING that every colour swatch has a BLACK and WHITE option and MATCHING colour schemes! 🤤 I exhaled in such a contented and pleased way after seeing him go through the swatches 😅
I’m actually really happy about this stuff pack, I think the new career is really cool and in depth, and the new camera/photo taking system is AWESOME I’m so happy with it. And I’ve been wanting some more high end clothes for my famous sims. I do wish their was a model career though. Oh but those WINDOWSSSS ARE JUST 😘. This is the kind of content I’d pay 10$ for. This fits so well with get famous too, I’m have a whole challenge set up based around this pack, for only 10$. I’m very satisfied with this back
I would love to see them do an interior designer career that would be cool go around and re do the world's houses
I think this is my second favorite stuff pack (laundry day being first) by looks of it. Since I like the build mode items. I am more into interior designing than playing a sim life, so I think this fits pretty well.
Can you size up and down the multi-picture frame? Or does that screw up the photos in them.
There are 4 articles of clothing per category, the build stuff is kinda neat, but you could get all this in 5 minutes of cc shopping.
I feel like the price is just not justifiable, for any of them.
The only reason people will buy this is for the photography.
That animated back drop would look so cool in a club as a backdrop to a DJ booth :D or the small karaoke machine :D Or comedy mic :P Deffo getting this pack :D
This pack has a lot of cool stuff for renovating PBP studio in Del Sol Valley for gorgeous Starlight Accolade Award with all this decorations, photoshooting and stuff) Like that pack)
I'm loving the career and you can mix and match which is not too bad, I've been wanting a fashion type thing for a while since Get Famous, I like how it be integrated with existing packs, although it is sparse on CAS items I feel it can still be useful and fun. A model career would've been fantastic to include as I feel it makes sense and I am a little disappointed it wasn't added. More clothing items would've been great too, but I've never really used all CAS and clothing items from any pack anyway. I think it will be fun to mix and match which suits more in line with a fashion type pack anyhow. Build /buy items look good and again can fit nicely with other existing pack items. I don't think it will be for everyone though, but I feel personally I can use it and include in my existing gameplay and packs. I'm a bit concerned about the glitch with apartments and not receiving the photo proofs in the mail, but hopefully that is fixed. I have a download from gallery in an awesome modern art retail store with a photo studio from GF that would work great with this pack and fits with CL, so that glitch does bug me a bit in regards to that. I'm more excited to have fun building a modern apartment or home that suits with this pack. Is it epic, well no but it's a stuff pack, so whilst one part of me is saying more content lol, the realistic side was more like yeah it's not too bad and I'll probably still be grabbing it,
I like the build/buy stuff way more then I thought I was going to.
And I’m glad to see that the window openings make sense when people place them properly. Though to be fair, they’ve screwed up their windows before. :D
I love that you can use the windows to make huge two-story windows like in TS2 and TS3 (May have been store content for TS3)!
I do think it was very sloppy of them not to add a closed version of the smaller version.
Honestly though, I’d rather they have just made this an industrial build/buy pack though. That would have been worth the price!
Or if you have to have clothing, make it more street-wise, kind of grungy, punk, rock type clothing.
They could have made a whole stuff pack around the high-fashion and modeling idea, as well. Update the photography stuff on a free update, because photography is a base game skill now, I believe.
Put in a free-lance modeling career that adds in more cameras, tripods, the lighting, backdrops, and of course fashion. Have at least a few pieces that could be catalog/everyday clothing and then make the rest high fashion and even a few out-there avant-garde pieces that could be mixed with other pieces to tone them down for party wear.
Can you do a 100% black and white modern high fashion build?
I've just been watching your original lets play with lady bigwallet and these lights and backdrops would've been amazing for her life drawing portraits
I love all the photography options. Finally I can get the perfect angle!
I love that he used the new pack's studio backgrounds for his green screen
Overall, I really like the pack! I really like the furniture, I like the cameras and being able to set up your own studio like this. I rarely do any career based stuff and I am the most fashionless person in existence, so I'll definitely be getting it just for the furniture. I really like the animated backdrop. I'd love to see if we can use it as an animated wall to have in a man cave or to spice up our businesses.
Unfortunately, I can only play on PS4 (no working computer), and the pack isn't on the shop yet.
Photography updates would have worked well in get famous
I want this pack for the build/buy and the live mode stuff but might wait for the next sale and get it alongside island living
2:09 what do you mean we all know your "FAVORITE" pack is My First Pet Stuff. I mean you always talk about how much you absoulotley ADMIRE it and how much you LOVE it.
The photographer part is so cool...definitely worth $10
Thanks for reviewing this pack James! Excited to build with this new stuff....it’s going to be fun to build loft apartments in San Myshuno. 💜💜
The photo frame that you can add photos to reminds me of the family photos James made for the seasons let's play!
Please tell me the photo studio backdrop called bigger on the inside is a Doctor Who reference as I play on PS4 so I can’t find out for at least another month
An insignificant amount of time would've gone into making the round windows (lofty arched window) rotatable vertically so we can finally have huge round windows for their gigantic empty premade builds, but now I have to look for a modded vertical version of it.
