Super job Nate! Looks amazing as always!. Cj is so envious of you 😂. Cheers 🍻
This could be your best recipe yet, Chef Nate!! Outstanding!
That looks so delicious Nate.👍🏽 Made me get hungry watching this video.
Looks amazing Nate! And yes I would like a breakdown of a beef tenderloin.
Next level for sure Nate - Thanks! - Cheers!
Love to see you break down a full tenderloin - Thanks!
Grittle on brothers! Excellent execution Nate and break down a loin for us and make us a quick cook with it!!
Amazing bro, thanks for sharing ! 🤟🏽💯
Great idea and looks delicious brother.
Now that sure looks good.
That's awesome, Nate. I love the Blackstone Black Steak seasoning and you are right, the contrast makes it appealing to the eye which "elevates" the dining experience. Again, nicely done. Thank you
Yes. Tenderloin me!
Yes on the tenderloin!!
good food.
Just got the Blackened Steak spice from Blackstone based on your recommendation. Can"t find it in the box stores, and anxious to give this a try. Have you used lime juice to wipe on the steak before adding the Spice, heard it adds flavor enhancement to the steak. Great recipe Nate.
I'm truly Impressed ... ❤ Well done, would love to hang and cook with you guys.. FY I Im in the Wesley Chapel Z-Hills area Hint, Hint 😉
I was fixing to make a snarky comment, then you hit me with wasabi peas and totally redeemed yourself. Looks good.
Looks amazing but do you temp probe it to 115F or so? Not sure I trust my chef-ferry skills. Love the recipes brother!!
If you do the tenderloin, are you going to show how to cook the chateaubriand and what to do with the chain?.......
Good stuff. It would be hard to restrain that and share it with others as an appetizer.
Nathan... Since you are a True Chef! Do you have any suggestions as to where I can get "Holland Peppers" ? In addition to You, CJ, Todd, Hungry Hussy, Bruce Mitchel and Betty. I also watch Sam The Cooking Guy, and he has used these "Holland Peppers" in many dishes he has made on his show. I left Sam the same question about the peppers, but I guess between having three restaurants and a RUclips channel he is too busy to answer any questions. I have checked at all the major grocery stores in my area (Denver Metro) King Soopers aka Kroger, Safeway, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Natural Grocer. And several Asian grocery stores. None of them has them. So any ideas?
I'm from Texas I eat beef rare.
Is this the dish that won you cj lol
Nate, I guess I just ain't all that elevated, cause I'm thinking TACOS, but they'd be escalated tacos...... Darn nice food though, thank you!!
Of course, show how to break it down.
