This is why some Americans are giving up and moving to Canada or to another country cause 50% of people are stealing and abusing social security and welfare.
I would love to go backto my old job at IBM....i sold servers and was making 175k a year.....each time i had back surgery i got worse tilll i was in a powerchair at 51 could not walk....now im 61 dying from kidney failure and may lose right leg.......still no help.....still can stand or walk.
Yeah...tell me about it. Nowadays drug addicts can get approved for disability and claim "mental illness" 10 times faster than a legit physically disabled person. The system needs overhauled
josh weed Don’t give up. Because of these type of crooks, it seems as if , they automatically deny you the first time, just to see if you will fight them. Get an attorney.
Ivory Spease - Exactly! My Ortho doc patched me up for years but at the last dealership I worked at (auto-Detailer) after injuring my back & worked on it for 2 months until right side spasms up on me & management wouldn’t let me off.. I hate living with 24/7 pain.. so many things I miss doing.. just to run a few essential errands is an ordeal.. Actually after going through everything I could do my Ortho doctor put both his feet down & ordered me to file.. I lost my home of 31 yrs (my husband passed unexpectedly in ‘05 & worked 2 jobs to finish raising our 3 kids).. so yes I become extremely livid over people fraudulently living on ‘Disabilty’!!
Me too. I got virus encephalitis as a kid was 5 years old had a high fever of 107 I almost died from it. It left me with a speech impediment and my right arm is paralyzed so everything I do is with my left arm. People like this are not disabled at all. Sad.
33 years ago I suffered a cervical spine injury do my spinal cord. I was found to be 36% totally disabled permanently for the rest of my life. The first 30 days I was a quadriplegic until the swelling reduced and I was able to start physical therapy. I've been working ever since. My parents raised me with pride self-respect and self dignity!. I am 62 years old and still working
Have you followed up with a legal advocate or disability attorney? They will take your case for free upfront and take their fee from when disability is received. So worth it. Please update us. That's horrible.
@will smith I don't think everything is a doctor's fault but I think there are steps a doctor can take to identify a fake, and there are multiple cases of doctors who essentially "sell" a disability diagnosis for this very reason.
Doctors can only go off what you tell them... You can literally go to the hospital and lie about a leg pain and the doctor will have to accommodate and give you a diagnosis... My ex gf lied to her parents about not seeing well so they could buy her designer frames because they wouldn't buy em unless she actually needed glasses.. She even faked and lied threw her eye exam and everything so she could prove it.. 😂
If you paid taxes into disability ,and you truely can't work then who cares , at the end of the day , it's like basically telling like a school that I don't feel good and they say ok we're gonna let you not come to school for today or the rest of the year , same with work if your sick and can't work the doctor says ok your gonna be off work forever or for awhile ,and since you paid taxes into disability, it should cover at least half to 75 percent of your wages until you get better or don't get better at all can't stand the fake news media
The State and Federal courts could sue these people but because there are so many it would take far to long and the fakers won't have any money to pay when they lose the case.
Govt doesn't have to sue. There is an "overpayment" (like a lien) that SS uses to automatically recover the money; allows them to garnish wages, seize assets and tax refunds.
This is upsetting. Especially when you have invisible disabilities. People like me already feel they can't fully express the struggles we're really dealing with because people won't believe us and just see us as people like them 😔 Just makes me feel like regressing from beginning to seek support.
Yeah, it’s sad how people think because you do anything you don’t have a disability…. There are 365 days in a year and 5 work days out of the week. Some people don’t want a person to have any kind of life or try to be any portion of the person they used to be before illnesses came into their lives. I can tell you I did something last month that I NEEDED someone else to help me with but no one will but it needed to be done. I literally was shaking and crying asking God to give me strength to finish it. It was so hard but I pushed myself to finish it. I can’t say every time I do things it’s that intense but I am in pain many times when I am doing things. And I literally have to take several days breaks sometimes weeks before I finish projects because I have to do it all myself. Lately I’ve been trying to be more self-sufficient and can’t get a soul that I live with to help but I am trying so hard…. I would trade good health any day for these multiple diseases in my body that have me in pain and fatigued sometimes for nothing at all but when I do things I pay for what it do…. And the Fall and Winter is the worst. Most days today I am not even waking up until after 10am. Saying all this to say you can’t look at a person or judge that they are actually doing something active and say they aren’t disabled…. Disabled people are still humans and they still want to live just like others. They have a hard time adjusting to the new them and should not feel like they don’t have the right to do anything but lay in bed and get 700 lbs and just suffer until they die. Before I was diagnosed with my first disease I worked 60 and 70 hour weeks and two jobs to get by…. I loved working full-time and loved leading by example. It was so depressing for me to not be that person anymore. The last full time job I went from a perfect attendance employee all my life to a person that had to call in or leave early. And the days I had to leave early I struggled to keep my eyes open trying to make it home. I was Driving like a drunk person…. It wasn’t safe for me or others. Not saying I can’t drive; what I am saying is when I push through day after day this is what happens. There are some serous diseases out there that don’t necessarily make a person look bad except when they are in a major flare or health crisis…. It’s hard for others to see unless they have experienced it or witnessed a loved one. Prefect example is Bernie Mack. No one knew but his family and crew that he was getting breathing treatments between breaks to be on that show. Chadwick has cancer and was in amazing movies showing physical strength. And during the times when he was down people laughed at him and said he was on drugs. Sure these people obviously are frauds. They are running a restaurant and are there it looks like EVERYDAY; on time with no problem; it appeared and obviously if she plead guilty she knew she was a fraud…. But please don’t look at people and think you know their pains because how they look and/or because you saw them do something physically they are not supposed to be doing… Some things have to be done and a person that is used to not letting the fact no one will help them is probably going to be found dead one day doing something they have no business doing. 😢😞❤️🙏 I am so tired…. I said around my daughters the other day I wish I could just take some anesthesia and sleep for about a month. The youngest said you need to go get some help mom because she know that’s deep coming from a woman that doesn’t like to take drugs and only pick up a sweet drink now and then…. But I am just tired because I’ve had so much going on trying to prepare for this mess we are about to be in and there is still so much to do but if I don’t do it it won’t get done because everyone thinks I am crazy; nothing is going on in terms of shortages and such and nothing is going to get worst. They’ll probably find me dead in my garden or making a garden bed to put some food in…. Y’all have no idea the things people do to their bodies when they feel they have to push. I’ve been flared up for months now and know I need to stop but instead I suffer through the pain and fatigue until I get up enough strength to get up again and do some more because it’s not finished…. Sometimes it’s a couple of days sometimes a couple of weeks and each time I finished sometime I just thank God because only he know what it is taking for me to get it done. I know I am putting my body at risk of more harm, I do but I know it’s necessary. I have lately even though about if I don’t finish everything due to death or illness will my family finish it? It’s sad when I think about it because I can’t say for sure they will even though they know that trying to finish it would have payed a major factor in the reason why. I know it’s a lot. I love to educate people…. Just want to give those that don’t know a little peak at the lives of people that don’t look like anything is wrong with them. Some of you will wonder; three of my major health issues is Lupus, RA, and Fybro. The list is long but I’ll leave it there. Be blessed! 😢😞❤️🙏
When I helped my dad file his disability forms for dementia and Parkinson’s, they asked so many questions, requested a bunch of forms, medical exams, records and letters from his doctors to prove if he *really* was disabled. These people and their DOCTORS need to be locked up. The doctors need to have their licenses revoked.
Well that's how it works. You need proof. And for doctor's "need to be locked up" you don't understand. The government makes you go to THEIR doctor's BEFORE they qualify you for benefits. And for Walter's comment on "make a copy because you will fill that paperwork over and over again" unless you are a liar, you don't need to make copys to remember what you wrote in the first place.. it comes naturally.
Mr Horsepower I am so sorry for your loss. Sadly your friend’s story is very common. These cases of fraud are the exception rather than the rule. It’s VERY DIFFICULT to get disability. The media focuses on those who are clever enough to work the system. The majority of people on disability actually need it. I read comments all the time like this: “I get disability & I really need it.” That’s the vast MAJORITY of people getting disability. What most don’t realize is that when you are on disability you are always very close to being destitute. The people who do well by ripping off the system are working under the table. Sometimes at more than one job. They may also be selling drugs (or black market cigarettes with bogus tax stamps) on the side. Nobody thinking straight would choose to be on disability. The people I have represented barely get by. A lot of them can only afford to eat once a day. They cannot afford to maintain a vehicle. Disability doesn’t pay enough to survive. You are far better off going to work - if you are able to physically. If you have a partner who has a decent paying job that’s a whole different story. But there are many elderly people struggling to survive on disability who have no utilities and in conditions you wouldn’t allow a pet to live in. That’s the way we treat the elderly & disabled in this country.
Aillean Anaithnid you are absolutely right on. It is a miserable existence for them, and heartbreaking for the families. And I have been in both sides of this fence. As a nurse and daughter. Of course one tactic they do try is to keep denying until the applicant is dead. It is an automatic denial for at least the original application and the first two appeals. I fought for my mom for 15 years and made a lot of enemies at the SSS, especially in FallsChurch. Most that apply are in dire straits , and it is so little they receive, the only true benefit that is worth and thing is the medical benefits, and that can be limited. There were many times we would take up a collection on shift, and one of us would go buy groceries for the family that is stuck at home, no food, money, blankets, pillows, hygiene products, cleaning products, everything you or I rarely give thought to. That is why this shit really burns my ass !!! Sir, I am so sorry about your friend, maybe these last two posts will give you some kind of insight for the future. Hopefully you won’t need it , but it might help you or family of friend. Peace to you Sir.
Here in Hialeah where there is only Cubans, I know about somebody whos kids and husband work, she applied for disability saying she has back problems, but since SS rarely grant disability benefits. Then the doctors (cuban doctors) refer cuban patients to psychiatrists so they can apply for mental disability. That is my neighbors case. I tried because I was born with scoliosis and a simple task as washing dishes, after a couple minutes, causes me an excruciating pain in my lower back. I was denied disability because it is really stopping me from work (I have been working as a housekeeper) So this lady it's using the SS disability to pay car insurance, she bought a dog and she only likes Michael Kors clothes and shoes, as every cuban who comes to US lately. My doctor is cuban as well and suggested me to refer me to the psychiatrist and I said, I am not mental impaired I have spine problems. But I don´t want money I want a surgery that correct my scoliosis, so I can work and earn my own money.
This has been going on for years and finally some are getting caught . My husband was put on disability pension finally but he's terminally ill so they did it. But it's sad that the honest ones have to suffer because of people like this. 👍🇦🇺
How did they get this much of a settlement. Everybody I've met on disability was averaging five or six hundred a month and one month away from getting thrown out of the trailer park.
one and one I earned over 50k a year working disabled less than $700 a month and raising 2 young granddaughters nothing extra. No snap no extra for them. But I do it.
This makes me so angry. My mother has literal brain damage. She stays in her room 24/7 because she’s so easily overwhelmed. She’s trapped in her mind and she isn’t eligible for a disability check. This is so messed up.
believe me i know im a person with a bit of mental issues it was a fight to get the help i need because of POS like shown in this and it makes me wonder if they do it deliberately
Doctors don't give ss out. I'm seeing a lot of people in the comments that don't know how the process even works. You have to have YEARS of medical documentation -- going to hospitals, trying treatments, etc. They're submitted to SS for evaluation. They usually have you go to a doctor they hire, but it's not a one step thing, where they have a say, and SSDI doctors are actually looking to deny. They get nothing for passing through frauds. There's also re evaluations every so often. I'm guessing these fraud cases are ones that slipped through the cracks, or where the people are feeling better, but don't want to let ss know, or could be accused of fraud when it's not. Many people aren't aware that disability doesn't mean not being able to do anything, but means not being able to hold down ANY full time job. I receive it for multiple issues, some where I have "good" days. Any spiteful person could see me at a grocery store, or cutting my lawn, and assume it's bs that I'm not working. They wouldn't realize 4/7 days I'm doing very very bad. Then again I'm not on social media posting pics of having a blast or running a business. I recently lost my dad and only had a few days to say goodbye because travel was painful. Out of 3 days, I was bedridden for 1.5 days. Many missed events, holidays, etc... Whereas some people accused of fraud seem to be living a very full life.
Actually you draw at least $7,000 per year. Do you deserve it? Sure. But don't think you don't get a dime. The Government spends about the same amount on veterans ($154B) as Social Security does on disabled people ($143B ) but there are 800% more disabled people in the US (2M vets vs 16M disabled americans)
The government is the one that made that deal with the veterans before they join and they are the ones constantly breaking their promises. Nobody should serve this country if you are not able to get a job because of your disabilities when you get out. No company will touch you with a ten foot pole when you make them aware of your disabilities.
@@CyberdyneSystemsSkynet not even close the most you get from the va disability is 2978 and that's only if you are 100%. If you have a kid and spouse you'll get a few hundred dollars more but it's no where near 7,000
I played it back several times because I wanted to hear it clearer. I got a kick out of that line. It reminds me of the words of the convicted felon Governor of Illinois Rod Blagoyovich when he said, " I am as clean as a hounds tooth".
I apologise you're right we shouldn't deal with political officials in this same manner. Why would we they're clearly above the law.. I..I..I mean innocent and do no wrong. :)
Orville Story Orville, actually, I had agreed with you. Saying "yeah, right?'' is an American slang expression that one can say when one agrees with another person. :)
josnaz1 Sorry ..but in my defense it could also be used sarcastically. Tone and inflection are not expressed very well in text form so it's hard to tell who's being an ass and in contention with your comment. Sorry pal
People don’t understand that most disabled people would trade for an able body anyway; anytime! Most don’t understand that’s the very first depressing thing about being disabled; not being able to work and physically do what you want to do when you want to without harsh consequences because you did… 😞. It’s so hard accepting disabilities but sooner or later whether you want to accept it or not; your body makes you accept it. 😞
My wife's uncle had MS and could barely walk around. They denied his claim. He has since passed, never getting any help. It's BS people who actually need help cant get it.
Completely agree. My uncle lost his right leg and was denied twice. He made his living as a cab driver before it happened and would greatly love to be doing that again. These people make me sick.
My brother had stage 4 brain cancer that had spread to his blood, skin and bones when diagnosed. He applied for benefits immediately. Within a couple of weeks he couldn't even walk anymore, the family had to carry him out to their cars to get him to his chemo appointments. I mean his legs couldn't move at all, just flop. They finally approved his benefits on the day that he died. Of course, they didn't issue the check with back pay (3 months of disability, he died just that damn fast) that would have helped with his funeral service, which we had to all chip in to pay for. But these people find a way to get approved?
My mom used to justify her collecting disability as "I worked my whole life, this is money I earned." Then they found out she was earning far more on the side than allowed and she wasn't physically disabled and she ended up having her car impounded, we got evicted and she went off to live in a government funded nursing home, effectively becoming homeless. Disability fraud is no joke. And you never know. When you really need it, it might not be an option anymore.
I always tell my wife to report her income. i don't want to worry about getting caught for stupid stuff, or trying to memorize all the lies a person is supposed to remember so you can keep your story strait.
My stepmom had TWO strokes of the cerebellum. They were hemorrhagic SO she had TWO coils placed in her brain to prevent ANY progression of the strokes. She has NO weakness NOR loss of feeling in ANY limb BUT her balance is SHOT. She CAN'T walk without a tripod cane. Almost ANY incline in the sidewalk or the road causes her to fall. It took her YEARS to get ANY disability BUT these con artists are being funded to the MAX. The system is BROKEN.
Depends on the state. Some states automatically deny all claims. Others look at both the charts from your doctor(s) and send you to social security approved doctors.
@@IHeartQuilting2 that’s exactly rite. My brother has bad epilepsy. And she even provided a letter for disability saying he is disabled. Well they then said he had to travel 5 hours down state to see one of there doctors.
When I became disabled, my approval was very fast because the condition was serious. So many people offered congratulations , But I said , this is a bad thing, I want to keep working!
I tried to make it for years. I was miserable and changed jobs alot because, well it got at the end where I could only make it a week or 2. But I was also approved on my initial application. I had X-rays, mris etc
DareToLive only reason I haven’t filed for disability even though I have very serious physical health issues, my company has made accommodations for me and hopefully will still continue to do in the future :) if you really want to work you’ll do your best to do so and if you’re unable to do that then at least take a class in something you like so hopefully down the line you’re able to contribute to society in some way. Blind and deaf guy I used to work with, man was awesome and made me realize I can do so much more.
I have reviewed 3500 SS disability claims in my career. Most of the people who get disability develop mental health problems because it is not good to be sitting around at home not doing any goal-directed activities. It is very, very sad to watch someone go downhill while not working. It is something to be on only if a person has no choice whatsoever left.
As a social security beneficiary and someone with a childhood friend with severe disabilities (whose parents had to hire a lawyer to get her those benefits), these people are the scum of the earth for doing such heartless things.
As someone with an actual debilitating heart condition, this makes me sick. I’m 20 and finding a job is the most hard thing to do because I pass out & I’m a “liability”. Yet I can’t get SSI or anything to at least help me out.
I agree about the coffee shop people but I'm curious when this investigation happened, why does a video of a man on a motorcycle from 2012 or a man throwing a ball in 2006 tell me about there current day life, something couldve happened to them since. Could just be an old case tho
Hey hun if you’re still reading these I want to apologize for the job hunt. It sucks that you can’t get a job simply because of it, I mean hell shouldn’t they not look at disabilities in that way anymore? I’d say if anything hun try Bath and Body Works or Victoria Secret if you can! There really great companies to work for and they are really accommodating. Hope this helps anyone out there on a job hunt!
@@zumptt yeah that’s true, I suppose we won’t really know. But going with what they’re portraying, it honestly makes me sad because people do actually do this kinda thing.
@@skylarsinclair8985 it’s alright, and yeah I am. I’ve been in and out of jobs for a while, but honestly to an extent i can’t really blame them, most jobs require or prefer you to be able to lift objects and be able to stand for a certain amount of hours and my health problems sorta get in the way of that. I do however have a seasonal job now that I’ve been working at for a couple years now, an amusement park of all places haha. They’ve always been super accomadating and don’t pressure me to push myself or make me feel like there’s no room for mistakes. I just wish it was all year round haha. I truly hope people stop looking at disabilities as an inability to do their job correctly. Thanks so much for the recommendations though I’ll definitly check them out after my current job closes for the winter. :)
Me too buddy;I’ve got severe lymphedema in my legs and serious mobility and leg strength problems!!!I have been diagnosed with heart problems and on supplemental O2.I need the disability but everyone on here doesn’t really need it!!!
people like this makes me very angry. these people are what's making it impossible for real disabled people who have worked extremely hard and ginually can't work anymore to get help.
Denise Torres i completely agree, my mom got in a car accident and couldn't lift anymore then 20 pounds for a long time, she kinda still has a weight limit just not as bad, but she couldn't get disability for some reason,
Chronic pain for about 10 years now, lost my job in 2011 and lost my home... Denied twice... The first occupational guy said I couldn't do any job, they ignored him. The second guy said I could work in a parking lot in 120 degree F heat, when I cannot be in temps over 75-80 F or a toll booth operator when we have none in the state.... But the biggest d'oh moment, I cannot work with the public, both of those jobs is working with the public a lot..... They believed him.... and My last day of coverage under their rules is 12/31/2016.....
I don't understand how people that are dishonest get disability so easy. I have an autoimmune disease that makes it impossible to work and have been denied and am in the process of reapplying. I am 47 and have to live with my parents o because of it. I am just so grateful for them!
Anybody know how to report these people. I know someone who's abusing this system. But wen i tried to call it in the lady told me it was none of my dam buisness.. Anybody know who i can contact?
Amber Lindsey. I was denied 3 times until I got an attorney. Once I had the attorney my case went before a judge rather quickly and the judge was outraged that I hadn't been approved immediately, which had been 2 years prior. Yes, get a lawyer, one who specializes in this field. Best of luck to you from one person in misery to another.
Amber Lindsey I am in the exact same boat. I am 40 with autoimmune issues, narcolepsy, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, and several other sleep disorders and issues. There are days when I feel okay, and can get out and do things, but if I push it, I definitely pay for it for a few days. I applied for disability back in March of this year after having to quit a job I absolutely loved because there were so many days I couldn't even get out of bed due to pain. My hands are the worst. I also live with my parents. I hate living like this...I pray everyday that I get better and I can go back to my job. I miss it so much... My initial disability claim was denied, so my lawyer put in an appeal for me. I don't want to be on disability. I want to be healthy and go back to my job as a family advocate helping other people... but I need some way to live. I was just approved for food stamps and the day I was approved I actually cried because I felt so terrible about having to do that... but I have to eat and the things you get from the food pantries, while a blessing, are random and don't always go together and need to be supplemented. Sorry for the long ramble. This just weighs so heavy on my heart. And then you have people who are faking a disability, stealing money from people who truly need it, and don't seem to have any remorse whatsoever. I just don't understand how their heart or conscience allows it.
@Lindi Weston I knew a few fakers as well and they brag about how much they make and one said "This is even better than working". Another said, "What's wrong with these kids today, don't they want to work?". These scumbums are disgusting!
@@shaaronie exactly and the fakers who openly brag about conning the government and tax payers easily get it while my girlfriend who uses a wheel chair due to ankle pain that won't go away even after surgery really needs but can't get disability. Sickening. I say let Trump get rid of disability, that way the fakers can either WORK like everyone else or STARVE. This one person I know lives totally off of handouts and she's proud of the fact, and theirs nothing wrong at all with her, just another faker.
Jill Seufert Please don’t give up. I had to file 4 times before I finally got on disability. I am living in HUD housing and I feel blessed now, but I had to work with severe pain for a long time until one day my body just shut down. I had already been diagnosed with MS, and had 3 back surgeries and was still denied. I had my 4th back surgery last August. I’ll pray for you. Please just don’t give up.
Its a real good thing they are going after them , Its the real People that they are truly hurting , the jerks who put in false claims should go to Jail without Bond ,
It's not because of them but luck of the draw, the more support you have the better, find an advocate and doctor to help you. More power with a team behind you.
I was thinking the same thing. Even though I have enough resources that I will never be homeless again I still get anxiety and even wake up covered in sweat because of all the time I spent homeless. Yet I have never applied for disability and I work.
+Bob Bob i was homeless in the middle of a bad candian winter. I slept in a stair well sometimes which was about 0C. other times it was parking complexes which was at winter temperature around -15C
***** As long as there are liberals that insist there is something called a living wage, there will be fraud. It cannot be helped. Help should come in the form of work from the state thats pays the bare minimums for anybody who wants it. Thats all there should be.
The coffee shop couple was crazy. If they could not work, but deciding to run their own business they should have got caught when they had to file their taxes.
All these years of having a mental disability and all I’ve ever wanted was to be normal. I can only imagine the rage that people who qualify to receive disability money feel.
I put them on the same level as people who steal from their workplaces. I used to work as a Loss Prevention Detective for Marshalls and I loved busting employees. I was good at it, too. My theory is that you spit in the face of people who give you a job
It makes me so sick when people pretend to be disabled and nothing's wrong with them I struggle with my disabilities I have a caregiver that's understanding and helps me as much as possible when I'm in my house I go to my physical therapy three times a week and I also attend all my doctors appointments all I ask is for people to be honest this is not something that you ask for definitely not something that you want but when you do have these disabilities or a disability you fight everyday and you live to see another day the moral to my story is don't defraud the government
my husband is disabled from 4 spinal surgeries and he had to show all medical proof down to the letter before he was approved. people like this should have to show more proof of a disabling condition before they are approved.
You would think, but I had a friend who simply went to Social Security and said she had a mental breakdown. They sent her to one of their psychologist (the only one she has ever been to) and she got approved on her first attempt.
My sister is in the same spot. She lives on pain killers just to get out of bed and while she can still work its hard. She's had her hip pop out of place when turning but she's scared to get her surgery because how can she afford to not bring in money while recovering. Plus she has to save up to actually afford her surgery.
Man me and you in the same boat. I paid my taxes for 22years I was injured while at work I was self employed and I have been out of work for almost two years denied!
I hope that you get what you need soon. My advice would be to take it in front of the judge. That's what I did and was finally approved for my benefits, also I got an attorney to represent me at said hearing. Next time if your claim gets rejected instead of reapplying check the box for a hearing......
They Denied Me For Mental Issues, But Everyday I Harass or Terrorize My Neighbors, But Pres.Trump Says They're Here Unwanted So I Guess That Means It's O.K,
The irony is that these abusers make bank while the elderly who really need the money are getting screwed over, not getting nearly enough to actually survive.
@The Georgia Peach True. But it is NOT for lazy & self-entitled people who are selfishly faking a disability to get an undeserved, unearned monthly check. That is what people are fed up and furious about.
as I'm sitting here watching these people who rip off Medicaid it makes me sick mainly because i am truly disabled and try to live on $760 a month...... thank GOD i have a food pantry close by
it is very hard I don't get out very much.......my trailer is 31 yrs old and one whole side is about to fall off ,,,,,,,,,I have looked for help from lots of different places but nothing ,,,,,,,,,I went to sign up for section 8 housing they would not even give me a app because they had just started on apps from 2015 so whats woman to do
Exactly! My aunt was diabetic and was a congestive heart failure patient. She lost her leg and was about to lose the other one, but she died before that happened. She really couldn't work, yet she had the hardest time getting her disability, meanwhile, her brother lied and got it with very little trouble at all.
@Klaa2 we are trillions in debt... with that mentality, if everybody "should be able to get it" that means ... oh we dont have to work anymore... if this continues then a lot of people will collect free money and guess what? There wont be money to give.
@Klaa2 You sound like a spoiled, self-entitled, liberal millennial college student. IOW, you're a completely clueless fool. People like you seem to believe that there is an endless supply of money that can just be printed and given away willy-nilly. NEWSFLASH: that is not how it works. Anyone with a lick of common sense knows that. As far as military spending; I won't waste my time explaining why we must have a strong military for our country's survival cuz you obviously live in fantasyland. So please step out of that fantasy world for a minute and explain how America will get the money to pay for giving SS money to EVERYONE.
Most of my life, my mom has been living off of social security money for my brother and I, and her "mental and physical disabilities." Now that I've been too old for social security for years and moved out, she got a job... After years of saying she would, once I'm gone she finally gets a job when she's been "disabled". She works overtime every week and it's not even a sit-down job. I'm just glad she's not claiming that she's disabled anymore when I have the same major depression and PTSD as her. Accept I also have anxiety.
"Difficulty: Lifting, Squatting, Standing, Kneeling, Reaching, Sitting, Stair Climbing, Seeing, Memory, Completing Tasks, Concentration, Understanding, Using his Hands, Getting along with others." So he should be in a coma, pretty much.
That's what it feels like.. like being a human vegetable... they should let us choose if we want to be Euthanized. We do this for our beloved pets but like humans suffer!! doesn't make sense but then I have difficulty understanding.. lol
There is a difference between "difficulty" and "cannot". There is also a difference between "difficulty but feeling great" and "difficulty and in real pain."
I was in such pain growing up having to sit in those hard school desks that I could never concentrate on what the teacher was saying. Maybe a paddle would have made it more painful to not concentrate. But I doubt it.
We need a lot more investigators per state to put a stop to the fraud. These Attorneys out there that are all about the Greed of money and getting people that don't deserve it, all should go to prison.
Ramona should have gotten 12 YEARS in federal prison! To me, 12 months is just a slap on the wrist. Also, neither one of them should be eligible for any form of benefits ever again!
Niklas Enblom I totally agree. But just think of the money that they aren’t getting anymore. The government should make them pay it back. They've been a couple of times I've gotten hurt at work and had the hardest time claiming workmen comp and disability. Personally, these scammers actions make it hard for us to pay our bills and take care of our family.
I suffer from "A.S"(ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS)...and im appauled at theese two leaches!!!...we need better screening processes...i also work part-time!!!...as allowed by federal government...SHAME ON YOU!!!!...12 months is a disgrace!!!
Took me well over 5 years to get my approval after hiring an attorney and many months of pain and suffering but these people that don’t need it get approved almost immediately! 😤
This pisses me off so bad I have bipolar with severe depression and anxiety and have been fighting for close to 5 yrs now and just got a lawyer one of my cases are in district court against ssa and had to get a lawyer who works with the federal case appeals and I'm still waiting and have two kids I'm trying to support on my own which makes it all more stressful and makes my depression so bad sometimes I feel like I can't take another day of this hell and want to end it any way possible..... The only thing that stops me is knowing my children need me and this would only cause more damage than help anything..... I hope these ppl rot in hell and burn
They should do an undercover investigation on low rent housing or Section 8. There are section 8 tenants who have passed away just to hand down the apartment to their relatives or even re-rent it again while they live abroad.
Manuel Garcia They simply don’t have enough stuff to investigate and fraud complaints are backed up 8 plus years. Just Google map any section 8 address and you will see that there is no parking space around the area all the legal parking spots are taking by some nice vehicles why? Because some section 8 tenants are sub renting the apartment to one or several other people. No Cadillac Escalade Delani needs to be parked outside Section 8. Literally the payment of one of these types of vehicles would pay the mortgage of a modest house.
Yes, recertication is once a year. They go in say no changes in income, its business as usual. The landlord is at fault for allowing these people to re rent usually to a family member.
My brother forced himself on a girl, got arrested, and now claims ptsd from the arrest leaves him unable to work and he gets ssi...the system is broken.
Unfortunately, some never get caught, or they get benefits for a long period of time before they do. just like they said in a different video about fraud that I recently watched on here.
As someone who relies on social security to keep me in my home and pay my bills it really upsets me to see people who are perfectly capable of working taking advantage of the system. It's really messed up that they can obviously work. I feel like they belong in jail.
As of October 18, 2022 on national News, the Biden administration is still issuing stimulus checks to people. That is why there is a labor shortage at every store, restaurant and business in the US. Those stimulus checks contribute to higher inflation and closures of businesses due to no available workers. I thought those checks ended over 6 months ago.
Love your work! I have an active case which just went supported even though the doctors for my child including his endocrinologist (he's a diabetic type 1) said that my sons school completely overreacted by calling DCF and filing a 51a. Just because the complaint came from a nurse at my sons school, they completely ignored what I've been doing and how I take great care of my son and his disease. I also have a daughter. Now, I have been found guilty of NEGLECT! Even though I brought my son to the hospital when he was sick with ketoacidosis last month and then again when dcf demand i bring him to the hospital or they were going to take custody of both my children!! He wasn't sick at all when dcf investigator Lindsey Pouliot gave me an ultimatum. Being your son to the ER right now or im going to the court and taking custody of not only your son but your daughter too. This was after 2 traige nurses told me it was NOT necessary to bring my son to the hospital since his blood sugars were ok, and he wasn't showing any symptoms of ketoacidosis nor any ketones in his urine. They wanted me to home.monitor him. That's their protocol. My 2 children and I ended up in the ER anyway that night for 4.5 hours just to be told my son was fine and healthy and could go home. The ER doctor was more concerned about a dcf investigator playing doctor than he was about my son being sick. 2 days later, at my sons follow-up at his endocrinologist, he had the best A1C he's had in almost 3 years! I'm a single mom, but I take care of my babies the best i can and know how. It's been very hard since February 20th. We lost my mom unexpectedly (the kids' grandmother) who lived with us since before I had my children. She was helping me raise them even though dcf didn't care for her either. So, I've been on my own 100% since my mom passed in February. Both of my children's fathers are deceased, and so is my father. I have no family. I trust no one, really. Every time I trust someone, dcf gets a 51a report, it seems. I would love to hire you as my attorney! I don't know I can afford you through. My children and I are living paycheck to paycheck off of survivors benefits from ssi from my deceased children's fathers. If you do payment plans or have any type of assistance for people who need help but can't afford it, I would love to know! Thank you and God bless everything you do Kevin!
@Poodl Puff I was also told that by the way the doctor states your injury has to do with whether you will get approved. In other words, my dr. answered the question from Social Security, "will she be healed from this injury within one year." Well actually I was healed from the injury and surgery, but I couldn't stand or sit for more than five minutes at a time, I couldn't lift a gallon of milk, and I couldn't do anything A normal person could do for probably five years after that accident. And even today I can't hold anything out in front of me, even my arms weight for more than a minute. So the doctor must answer the fact that your abilities will not be in a normal state.
I agree, anyone who has to fight the pain everyday and sometimes has to forfiet a normal life, should be pissed that so many fraudulent people are claiming SSDI.
Willie, I am. 64, lymphedema in my legs, , almost had my left leg cut off at the knee 2 yrs ago from cellulitis because I'm on them All day, cause my parents taught me to WORK FOR A LIVING AND DONT SPONGE OFF THE GOVERNMENT, hypo thyroid which causes all kinds of other effects, osteo arthritis in my hands and knees, but I gotta work another 11/2 yrs to retire, shitty insurance (thanks Obama), but it's ok, I'm working for the benefit of my Fellow AMERICAN disabled drug addicts who can't work. yur all good, I got yur back 😂😄😆😉🤗😍😚🤥😷🤒🤕😈👻☠
@@heidifisher7693 I'm so sorry to hear that about what your dealing with. That's why it's so hard to get SSDI because so many people are frauds and take it away from the ones who deserve it.
Nolo Kobo Good Luck. So sorry to hear about your disabilities. I feel ya. I'm 64 , 65 in June. I STILL feel I'm gonna have to work till at least 70, in order to just live off my SS. it's so hard to just get out if bed, let alone work. I'm ALWAYS told I don't Qualify. getting ready to get Medicare, but that's another expense with supplement insurance n all. 🤦♀️, uugghhh.
Nolo Kobo I'm getting partial SS also. I STILL have to work as I am on my own. signing up for Medicare as we speak. I can only make a certain amount of $ right now, will be able to make more as if Aug NEXT YEAR. but I have lymphedema in my legs, very swollen, and almost had my left leg cut off from the knee down due to cellulitis. and still "don't Qualify " for disability. but I have known drug addicts who get it. I'm gonna have to work till I'm 70 , hope to F--K I make it. have a good day
Damn these people make me so mad!! I have multiple health conditions but work a full time physical job. Never applied for disability! I’m glad that there are people out there whose job is to find these idiots.
@NWAZ flatEarther in the US, you would qualify for disability, probably easily. Once a person passes the age of 50, the rules are different. It make disability more achievable...
I worked/paid taxes now at 61 with a bad lower back pain and a left knee that is messed up but have to prove over and over again that I have had injuries. Those defrauding the system should be investigated. But those needing the help should be helped.
being a dad of two kids with disabilities, this infuriates me so much. like people using the handicap parking because it's closer to the door!!!! these people are horrible
I have Parkinson. Sometimes I can do most anything even walk good distance, Sometimes I cannot even walk across the room. I hate it when business who had over 15 years to make parking spots available still have not done it. I do not mind business who still have small bathrooms, Even though it is a pain sometimes to use them. I know it will cost a lot to have them upgraded like they are supposed to be. But for a parking spot, there is no excuse.
marpa My mom was driving my grandmother's car, and a relative reached into the glove box, pulled out my grandmothers tag and told my mom to park in the disabled parking because "it's closer". My mom legit fucking refused and told them off. That shit just isn't cool. Thankfully I don't have an utter selfish twat for a mother.
We drive my grandma's car sometimes except once when I couldnt walk and had to go to er, I use her license plate that once. Other times we avoid it like what if we have shit luck and get the car taken or fines.
Just remember if they have a handicap plate or plaque for their vehicle then more than likely there is a disability. Many that are invisible illnesses and very painful. I get nasty looks all time. It upsets me bc I am judged bc I'm in my 30s having my 3 teenagers getting out of the car with me sometimes just may be 1 of my kids. Ppl all the time think my daughter's are my sisters. I feel much older than my age. But some how I'm still told I look young for my age. I do not use the electric carts at stores bc I feel others esp elderly may need it more than me. They never have a lot available. My kids insist I use one but I wont..by the time I'm home from the store in back in bed. It's a fight for me. 7 spinal surgeries and a very painful nervous system chronic pain disease amongst other things. It takes everything for me to go to store. Bc of the walking I have to avoid picking up 24 cases of water. Very rare if I get one in the cart. I normally ask for help if one of my kids are not with ne. But hey sometimes I have to do it. I'm not going to wait around for someone to do it for me. Worse thing that happened to me was becoming disabled after a bad accident on my way to work. That left me this way. So hope ppl are mindful and don't judge a book by their cover. I get it all the time. Why anyone would want to raise a family on one small disability check and be stuck in doors most the rest of your life in pain. I wish some of these asswipes that claim to be hurt would really feel the pain many go through to see what they are taking away. The last 8 yrs being disabled since I was 30 yrs old. It took everything in me to not ask for a handicap parking. Bc I was being made to come to terms with everything and things weren't getting better. Sure wish they knew what it was like. Seeing they want to play our role of being truly handicap.
These people have nothing to do with the fact "people that actually need it have to jump through hoops to get it" it's always been that way. Regardless of people frauding the system.
I have applied 3 times in the last 4 years. I was in a motorcycle accident where a deer hit us at 75 mph. I still can't lift over 5 lbs with my arm, can't stand for more than 5-10 minutes, sit for more than 15-30 min, and I get headaches daily that debilitate me. I also am on a regular schedule of pain meds, muscle relaxers, and antidepressants along with heart meds etc. I wound up having a heart attack due to not being able to be active. Yet a friend of ours won his case first time through and he's still working for cash as a semi driver. Even though he claims his shoulder is damaged beyond repair. I will never understand the system. The judge even said that the doctors opinions didn't matter in his summary. Say what?!?
My friend used to work for a company where he was the middle man between insurance companies and investigators. He said they would do stuff like flatten your tire in the driveway to get you on video changing the tire. They're relentless.
I've had health issues since my late teens when I crushed my back and neck in a car wreck. Since then more keep piling up, last year I underwent open heart surgery. None of these make working easier. For decades, I've seen people in much better condition than I boasting about how they don't have to work because they are collecting disability, while they are out enjoying the good life. Others ask me why I don't try to collect. Disability payments were created to help those truly in need, unable to do for themselves. I know many who have severe disabilities but are trying to live as normal a life as they can. Good for them, they have my deepest respect. And those who can't take care of themselves truly deserve the help that can be given them. People who take advantage of such systems undeservedly, should be ashamed of themselves, but then you need to have morals and integrity for that, wouldn't you? I hope they nail every one of the lowlife's abusing these necessary services and prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
Instead of going to jail she should have been made to continue working, at barely enough to get by and pay back the $$$$ they received due to their fraud
Dona Cooper Yeah, or better yet, have her in a program where she sleeps at home but goes to jail to work 8 hours each weekday to pay back her debt (pay back what was fraudulently claimed).
This was mind blowing….I do not live under a rock and yet I had NO idea this is happening. Good job searching out these scammers! Jail is too good for them and their sentences sound too short.
@@spitfirepaintball16 no joke. Government been suports me. I can get really tired to. Sometimes I sleep all day, only to get up and play on my phone and get so verry depressed 😔😖😢 😥 my life is hard, I been threw a lot. Habtate for humity screwed me out of a home few years back.....I was entitled to it! That really made me very sad! I was already sad. It's the second house I lost in my life. I been threw a LOT of hardships. My therpist things so to. And I only get 960 a month to live on!
This is sickening! I have a son on autism spectrum diagnosed since age 2 and checked with confirmation over and over the years. He was recently rejected for social security despite being qualified. I don't understand how these liars get away with it.
My dads committing full fledge disability fraud. He cheats on my mom and stead money from me and my sisters to “pay the house” but gets more than enough from disability and uses all the money he gets from us and his job that he gets paid under the table with to take care of his sugar babies. He has all the strength to go out and sleep around with these women and work to make money to spend on them but won’t take out the garbage, cut the grass, use his side money to pay for ANYTHING that has to do with our house, won’t even clean up after himself and won’t do any fixing up around the house unless we give him money for it. Won’t spend not one dollar on any of us, won’t clean off the cars when there’s snow we have to do it and we’re so short and skinny, he won’t even put gas in his own brand new truck he makes us give him money he won’t give anyone a ride unless we give him $5 and won’t buy not one small milk. He’s beat us up all our young lives and now mentally abuses us and uses us up as much as he can. I’m caught between reporting him or just continuing to try to convince my mom to divorce him. Anyone got any advice?
These are the people that are stealing from *everyone*, including people that truly need disability. The most amazing thing is, the scammers get *so much money*, then regular people who don't like the idea of disability-or any other form of support from social security- think that *everyone* on disability makes that much. Then they use these scammers as examples to support their anti- government support beliefs. *The government pays out so much to scammers, then skimp on helping support the people who actually need it.* I could rant about this forever, but all in all, the system is so messed up.
Same!! Ive been trying for about 2 years. Im about to have to get a lawyer. Its rediculous. Ive had this dissability my whole life, with plenty of proof.
This bullshit outraged me to the core! Here I am, a survivor from aortic dissection surgery, whose life was changed forever. I was diagnosed with cirrhosis in 2017, diagnosed with two severe forms of sleep apnea (obstructive and central), and have degenerative discs in my neck spine. That, and a newly-diagnosed hernia, combined with cardiac murmur, and carotid bruit. My SSI application has now been drawn out for over 24 months now, with my so-called SSI attorneys telling me I will have to start all over again. Maybe I should just tell the Social Security Administration that I’m strung out on drugs, and that I am an illegal immigrant who never paid a dime through taxes.
MyKindOfNormal Me too, and I am so sorry for you. I will probably die without any help. I am denied state health insurance so I cannot have a regular doctor for documentation. Good Luck to you
As someone who was denied a his claim for SSDI 6 years ago after a work related accident left me with permanent damage to my back and right hip (i worked as a nurse, and had a 460 pound patient decide they wanted to get up and walk around against doctors orders, they started to fall, and i, being the devoted medical professional, tried to catch them...I literally pulled several muscles in my back off the bone, requiring surgery, and suffered a spiral fracture of my femur, near the 'head', thats the 'ball' for those who dont know) This shit pisses me off. All these fakers are somehow able to get SSDI when people like me, who are actually disabled, , cant even get approved for a handicap placard...
Let me tell you , I am the same type of person devoted to anything I do including work. I have been used, abused, and screwed over time and time again. Then what, everyone goes on with there fabulous lives and your left to pay the price.... FYI, Im in my third fight for help as I suffer with Multiple Sclerosis since 2013.
I am disabled. Trust, I'd rather work. I did volunteer at The World Trade Center. Saw some horrific things. It's a shame that you have to jump thru hoops of fire almost to get disability. I know they watch me. Go ahead. I've been doing the same thing for yrs. Sad bout them lying.
They deserve jail time. I'm having a hard time getting disability and I'm in need of it. I've worked until I couldn't do anything longer...They definitely need jail time and to pay it back.
I hear you Debbie. I was denied social security disability at first, and I had to hire a lawyer to prove that I was truly disabled. These people that scam the system and receive free money and benefits should be in jail!
These guys should be forced to work for free until it gets paid back. In 2014 I applied & was denied twice & forced to try to work. Downsized & worked harder & longer hours for a fraction of what I was worth. I had to reapply cause me & my doctor agree I did more damage to my body that good. Now I sit & wait. Got denied twice already.
My exwife is currently fighting the SSDI people cause she has Diabetes and the associated nerve damage that causes pain in the feet, digestive problems dues to neuropathy, retinal damage and kidney damage. She has been denied multiple times. We were married in 97, she was diagnosed in 2002 with Gestational Diabetes due to the birth of our 3rd child, a daughter, in 2002. We still get along fine fighting society with an Autistic brother too. I have observed her for days on end with bathroom issues, pain in the legs and hands, and you can just see the suffering in her eyes. Even though she is my ex wife, she is still the mother of my children and a family member and a friend. Its painful for me to observe the suffering for last 20 years. She walks about 5 miles a day just to keep the stuff moving through here intestines because the nerves cant command the muscles anymore. Our family is suffering due to disability continually denying here disability claim. She cant even turn keys in the ignition when it is cold outside, her hands get quickly cold due to lack of circulation due to diabetes. Im an engineer, and it has cost me about 75k over last three years paying the 1800 dollar rent for here and the kids, and Im pissed. We pay into SSI, and it should be there when we need it. My retirement and well being is at stake too. Its because of these reports that we are suffering through this. SHe has a legit claim, and I have observed the suffering. See this link: www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/cfr20/404/404-1529.htm
Those who are Truly disabled know they would trade there disability check for a normal life in a heartbeat.
Kelly Mcculloch amen
This is why some Americans are giving up and moving to Canada or to another country cause 50% of people are stealing and abusing social security and welfare.
This is so true.
I would love to go backto my old job at IBM....i sold servers and was making 175k a year.....each time i had back surgery i got worse tilll i was in a powerchair at 51 could not walk....now im 61 dying from kidney failure and may lose right leg.......still no help.....still can stand or walk.
They are disabled, in spirit.
its crazy how my actual disabled father can’t get his disability check but these frauds can
Yeah...tell me about it.
@@razoredge6476 mental illness is a real disability!!
@@razoredge6476 ... It's messed up and ridiculous.
They told my wife she could be a eye glass cleaner when they denied her.
I am disabled and this makes me sick. I wish I could live a normal life.
Ivory Spease god bless .
Sad.
Right me too I wish I could work
Amen to that.
You're def in the minority!
Your parents did well!!
You are AMAZING. Thank you for being a HARDWORKING American. God Bless!
My daughter has a literal half heart, yet is denied disability. Long live America.
Get a lawyer that’s usually what everyone has to do. I had to do it and was denied until I got a lawyer then it was approved within 6 months.
Wendi Smith thank you. I’m going to look into it.
Wow!!!
Have you followed up with a legal advocate or disability attorney? They will take your case for free upfront and take their fee from when disability is received. So worth it. Please update us. That's horrible.
Big Peg the Sea Diva I’m working on getting a decent attorney. Thank you for your help. 😀
Million dollar question: are the doctors who signed off on these disabilities being investigated?
A very good question!!
@@ericruiz1036 Why don't you enlighten us with these "steps."
They should pay every penny back.
No, hang them
I agree 200% but they spent it all and crippled their inner gyroscope to be able to earn the honest way and pay back. Never happen.
And go to jail
This is upsetting. Especially when you have invisible disabilities. People like me already feel they can't fully express the struggles we're really dealing with because people won't believe us and just see us as people like them 😔 Just makes me feel like regressing from beginning to seek support.
The ones that really need it dont get it and the frauds get it
Disabled my ass
So sad to c this its happening alot
It’s sad when I think about it because I can’t say for sure they will
even though they know that trying to finish it would have payed a major factor in the reason why. I know it’s a lot. I love to educate people…. Just want to give those that don’t know a little peak at the lives of people that don’t look like anything is wrong with them. Some of you will wonder; three of my major health issues is Lupus, RA, and Fybro. The list is long but I’ll leave it there. Be blessed! 😢😞❤️🙏
I understand exactly how you feel
When I helped my dad file his disability forms for dementia and Parkinson’s, they asked so many questions, requested a bunch of forms, medical exams, records and letters from his doctors to prove if he *really* was disabled. These people and their DOCTORS need to be locked up. The doctors need to have their licenses revoked.
I have found that when they send you paperwork to fill out make a copy because you will fill that paperwork over and over again.
Yes where are the tests and x rays CT scan and MRI proof.

I'm sorry for your loss. At least you know they're no longer suffering
Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! They'll have to answer for this.
She must of got years of back pay ... I know some people who have gotten good $$
For such a low amount, they collect SSI. People that have a work history then become disabled collect SSD and Medicare.
A lot of it depends on someone's work history mine was so bad and still is I don't get much at all...
one and one I earned over 50k a year working disabled less than $700 a month and raising 2 young granddaughters nothing extra. No snap no extra for them. But I do it.
@@susiesmith7694 Well that's wonderful but it doesn't explain how these people are making $1500 a month off the program.
This makes me so angry. My mother has literal brain damage. She stays in her room 24/7 because she’s so easily overwhelmed. She’s trapped in her mind and she isn’t eligible for a disability check. This is so messed up.
That's so wrong.
I am in a similar situation.
Just like i said in the other thread. this is private disability not SSDI.
how did she get brain damage and what did she do for a living ?
A friend of mine who literally has tubes from her body, a fractured hip was denied disability because the guy said she can go lick envelopes at home.
These people make it harder for actual disabled people to get the help they need.
believe me i know im a person with a bit of mental issues it was a fight to get the help i need because of POS like shown in this and it makes me wonder if they do it deliberately
Exactly!
Why don't they have to show doctor paperwork to receive disability?
Hell, I'm about to sign up. Didn't know it was so easy.

@@musiew683 MRI’S X-RAYS…..

I've had nine surgeries and I am a disabled vet and don't draw a dime. These people make me sick.
No company will touch you with a ten foot pole when you make them aware of your disabilities.
lastofthefinest don't blame it on them. Blame yourself

I played it back several times because I wanted to hear it clearer. I got a kick out of that line. It reminds me of the words of the convicted felon Governor of Illinois Rod Blagoyovich when he said, " I am as clean as a hounds tooth".

As a physically disabled person who wants to work this is so upsetting 😢
Bryan Kraynek ...honest folks can never win!
@finn bell weak attempt at trolling
@finn bell your trolling is bad and you should feel bad
Anyone caught committing fraud should NEVER be allowed to draw another cent for life.
The shitty part was you suffered as her child. And that wasn't fair
I always tell my wife to report her income.
i don't want to worry about getting caught for stupid stuff, or trying to memorize all the lies a person is supposed to remember so you can keep your story strait.
I’m possibly eligible. I have actual legitimate disabilities. Do I need it? No I’m physically able enough.
Stop it. Get some help
How about penalizing the doctors that sign off on these phony disabilities?
I think that would make it harder for the truly disabled to get disability.
@@ShawnRKA Truly disables are well documented by physical data and not thing like sometimes I get anxiety

I agree about the coffee shop people but I'm curious when this investigation happened, why does a video of a man on a motorcycle from 2012 or a man throwing a ball in 2006 tell me about there current day life, something couldve happened to them since. Could just be an old case tho

Jeez I hope I get remission before I'm 47. Make sure you have a lawyer.

When caught they need to pay. Confiscate everything they bought since going on SSI and sell it at auction.

I totally agree. But just think of the money that they aren’t getting anymore. The government should make them pay it back.

The only thing that stops me is knowing my children need me and this would only cause more damage than help anything..... I hope these ppl rot in hell and burn
@@robertwadas
I’m confused…if your case was quickly approved then how did you get five years of back pay?
They should do an undercover investigation on low rent housing or Section 8. There are section 8 tenants who have passed away just to hand down the apartment to their relatives or even re-rent it again while they live abroad.
I guess they come back to get recertification
It crazy and they are prefered tenants.Because they have guaranteed income
Smart people. lol
Glad they caught them.
Sure makes it tough on the rest of us.
That really upsets me. I just tried to get on disability and was denied. I’ve had 4 strokes, a heart attack and a heart transplant.

After I was denied the first time a found an disability lawyer. I was just approved after five years

I broke my spine and have had two back surgeries. I cannot even get SSI. With the Pandemic things are tough right niw.
Keep trying sometimes it takes three tries lots of doctors notes and even x-rays if need be
@Poodl Puff I was also told that by the way the doctor states your injury has to do with whether you will get approved.

Took the words outta my mouth before I could try to say them out of sheer rage!!!
My boyfriend has a shit tonne of disabilities and has proof of it and still gets denied saying he is faking it
Just remember if they have a handicap plate or plaque for their vehicle then more than likely there is a disability.
And the people that actually need it have to jump through hoops to get it.
If I didn't get a disability company to keep up with the paperwork I wouldn't have been able to get it
These people have nothing to do with the fact "people that actually need it have to jump through hoops to get it" it's always been that way.

Say what?!?
I did the exact same thing 5 years ago but was lucky I walked away, though totalled the bike.

Ty Brady right cuz I know a few I would get
I've had health issues since my late teens when I crushed my back and neck in a car wreck.

The most amazing thing is, the scammers get *so much money*, then regular people who don't like the idea of disability-or any other form of support from social security- think that *everyone* on disability makes that much.
