That museum was awesome! Sure makes u thankful and appreciate what our ancestors went thru so we could have a better life. Thank you for sharing! Be safe, sista! 👊
The tour you gave was very nice drive by it but never go in it you did a salad for us I see you're still trying to eat healthy stay positive thanks for the video Ray
Thanks again for providing an experience that viewers would wish to have, but have no chance to, and you fix that for them. With great quality, every time.
Never have stopped there! Guess I feel obligated now. Looks like a great piece of history. BTW you are fine as turtle fur so don't worry about your diet so much! I eat once a day and have no issues. I normally will fix things at home then cook rice and mix it in. Never been a fan of rice but it is quick and simple and sticks to your ribs.
It would be great if you could do some more videos. I just got my CDL at Prime and will be in the Flatbed Division. Your videos of cool delivery destinations was the primary reason I went with flatbed.
Hi Cindy!! I just checked and noticed I hadn't rung the bell, so I did that. Saw your answers to the other guys. Glad you're doing well. Hope you managed to stay warm with the polar vortex express blowing through the midsection. I drove up to the north end of Scottsdale this morning and we had a blanket of snow over a pretty wide area. Fortunately, I didn't have to get out of the truck. Customer's car got a case of Towtruck-osis and decided to start when I showed up!!
When I travelled with my dad, he was great history buff. I've been to almost all the places of history in the east, from Plymouth Rock through the revolutionary war and the war between the states. We were in Boston in the mid 50s when Old Ironsides was docked there and we took a tour. There was a sailor on board to guide the visitors. My dad told him we didn't need a tour because he served on that ship. The look on that sailors face was priceless....... My dad was a tour guide when the ship was docked in Baltimore back in the 30s.
I liked Carowinds NC and SC line runs through amusement park, bbq nearly Kenly NC, was a bbq restuarant in OK headed west believe was called pig out. Water park in OKC, tigertale truckstop was different. It was weird stopping in AZ for a shower and you could not dry off and walk to your truck and you would be dry or sweating.
Enjoyed seeing you again, love the side trips you do, I trucked for over 30 years and never went sight seeing, now wish I had, thanks cindy, pull toy here.
Wow... Great video. Great lil museum I would definitely love to check it out too and I know it can be hard to diet out here but hey do your thing. Everything doesn't have to be untasteful and unenjoyable. Gotta flavor it a bit lol so yeah. I don't think it's so much of what u eat it's how u eat it. Not to say fast foods and fried foods r good everyday lol, no. I mean me myself I eat light and try to stay fit and healthy myself. I will find somewhere to jog and use the rails on my flatbed to pull up on or make exercise a part of my life lol. But, ur doing great. Keep up the good work. Stay safe and healthy.👍
Great video! Love the museum! Good to hear you are a driver who takes care of herself. I have lost 45+ pounds by practicing portion control, and cutting out most snacks. I haven't fit into a 36 waist in 20 years, so I am feelin' good! Keep up the good work!
Devin Caliri awesome. I am still trying to figure out how to lose the weight I’ve gained while driving. I lose a few pounds then gain it back. I hate diets, they don’t work.
@@TheFlatbedChick Yes. I know how that goes. I was in the Nutrisystem cycle. The problem with a "diet" is it signifies there will be an end to it at some point. That's where people (like myself) run into challenges. I needed a lifestyle change, not a fad. Portion control and exercise has worked very well for me. From nearly a 44" waist back down to a 36", and I am not done losing yet. I'm not starving myself either, just eating sensible portions. A caveat to that is if one is used to eating more, it might suck a little at first, but then a person gets used to eating what you need rather than what you might want. I still have the occasional snack like popcorn if I watch a movie. Even a candy bar sometimes. But, when I can, after I finish driving, I will do a 3 or 4 mile power walk. Provided I have a shower available!🤪
Devin Caliri I used to power walk all the time, got a lot of unwanted attention and comments. I never saw a benefit from it so I quit. Now that I want to get back into working out I’m having a very hard time. Wish I’d never stopped
@@TheFlatbedChick Yeah. You're a female in trucking. You will get attention. It's sad, but that's the way it is. Your health, I presume is more important. Just, don't exercise in the wrong places. Daylight, for sure, and have some sort of protection...such as mace...or something. Definitely a bit easier and safer for a guy to be out there. So few truckstops have excersise rooms. Too bad.
Very cool place to be able to stop and relax. Was there a few years ago. Great to see you back with a another great video if you don't get another up before Christmas I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. Keep up the great videos
Hi Cindy is everything okay I miss you videos. I hope your okay. Are you still driven. Haven't heard from you for a while nowjust checking in on you letting you know I miss you I care
@@TheFlatbedChick yeah it's been awhile since I've been OTR and this time I want to take the time to check out some cool stuff too. Heading out of FL tomorrow to pick up tractor trailer in St Louis and then up to Chicago area. After that who knows. Happy trails
Yes she for some reason has disappeared, and I hope she is OK... This video was the Last one on Dec 15-2018 almost 4 mo Ago... If any the Truckers out there see her, tell to get on RUclips or her .com site and let us know that she's OK....
What a cool place to stop. Great Wax Figures. Glad that you are taking the time to check out the Tourist Attractions. Don't worry bout the diet...Great Video !! :-)
James Stepp… Yeah, that was a really cool display. He looked very real sitting in that Caddy. It would have been cool to have had a wax figure of his girlfriend on the passenger side with some sexy 1960's sunglasses on ! lol
Very cool Cindy! I loved stopping at that WallyWorld because it's perhaps the most trucker friendly one I know of. It's great that there is a laundermat there also should you need to get wash done. I used to haul that way years ago but I don't get up that way anymore. I mainly run Carolinas to TX/AZ now. I love exploring and learning about historical spots also. Thanks for the tour! Keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down! Slap Shot
That 550 cat sounds awesome through my ear buds!!! Im a diabetic and i use his sugar free bbq. I like his sweet and spicy bbq. Our wal mart doesn't carry his sugar free ketchup. Btw you don't need to lose any weight!!! Your fine the way you are!!

Cool spot. I'm stopping next time out that way. A couple of years ago, I was driving a Classic XL like yours up in Maine and passed a blade hauler on 95 near Bangor. Was pulling a reefer full of plants for several Home Depot stores in Maine. The clutch went out while still in Maine and I had to get the truck back to Southern Alabama with Zero clutch..
