That sucks they won't put the power back on right away for you even after you passed inspection, I'm curious how it's going to work out with your insurance company
Yeah, it literarily takes about 30 seconds for them to turn the power on. They just have to make one connection at the transformer and that's it. I've called them and they said the order is in but don't have a day or time. We're supposed to get freezing rain over the next few days so I hope it's turned on tomorrow or else I'll be low on the list of priorities. And I've already talked with the drivers insurance company. Hopefully they'll be easy to work with.

Do you do the designs for the ads on the billboard or does the advertiser? And what do they use to make the advertisement thank you!
90% of the time our graphic designer does the advertisement. He uses Adobe Photoshop
