    Can you make a video on content restrictions - how you vet new businesses that want to advertise & what content is prohibited? And/or the process of someone inquiring for ad space up until their content getting posted? What does that process look like for you?

    Do you have a video where you break down the calculations for billboard calculation? You mentioned land rent should be 20% of the revenue - do you have a video where you talk about all the numbers?

      @maweinberg75 I don't currently but I'll make one. The land rent ratio is the main thing to watch for. Land rent should be 20% (or preferably less) of overall gross revenue. Other expenses are insurance, electric, maintenance, and for digitals, internet. These should be a very low percentage of revenue, maybe 5% or less. The other 75% of revenue would be considered your basic cash flow
