Length of the contact, increases in rent are the two most common. Also, sometimes they don’t want you to advertise their competitors on the billboard so they’ll want to add that.

I heard from a billboard company that the city and state doesn't allow non digital boards to go up anymore. Is this true
Not where I live. I’ve never heard of a city/state that allows digitals but not static billboards. If anything, it’s usually the other way around.
