Great Video. My wife who is Taiwanese loves this pork floss. I am not a big fan of it I am afraid. I have been to Taiwan many times, but I have not been to the Hsinchu area before. And it appears that the food from the night markets and the cuisine in general is different from Taipei. My wife is always complaining that I always stay in Taipei and I do not like to go anywhere else...LOL !!!
But I have learned from your videos and from the other RUclips channel " Taiwan Walker", I now have so many new places that I wish to visit the next time I am back in Taiwan ( After the Pandemic of course ).
Taiwan is a country full of delicious food, you shouldn't just stay in Taipei, haha. Regarding food, the central and southern regions are more and cheaper. In Taiwan, Hsinchu is not an area with a lot of food, but the food at Hsinchu Night Market is pretty good.

接著分解加調料慢火炒
真的很花費時間跟體力

他們早上4、5點得準備了，我們是從早上6點開始拍攝，下午2點離開，期間他們都忙到沒辦法休息，一直輪班，所以影片長度非常地長，我個人覺得這錢我完全無法賺，太辛苦了😱
製作也很厚工，現做一定好吃，辛苦拍攝，謝謝分享！👍👍👍👏👏👏
肉鬆是可以保存的。這個拍攝從早上6點開始，離開的時候已經下午2點了
