Thoroughly agree wth your “ easy to understand “ plan Peter , but of course that is not on the agenda of either Labor or Liberal . I was always a great fan of Tony Abbott until I heard him , a few weeks ago , stating how we should be doing more for Ukraine - he failed to mention their corruption, their Nazis, nor the American and British influence and instigation of the war itself . I figured if he , Tony , was fair dinkum, he would know that Russia was on the high moral ground , so sadly I believe he is a typical politician, 99:9% of whom don’t have our interests at heart .

@@andrewthomas695 No long before him but with the 24hr news cycle politicians only care about popularity more than ever and they'll do anything to be popular taking decisions however wrong to remain popular. It's often the right decisions that give politicians unpopularity but today's crop of politicians are too scared to make the right decisions for fear of losing votes and popularity. The enemy is not sitting opposite on the opposition benches but is right within their own party for if a PM's popularity heads south then it's his own people who will look to remove him from office. Unfortunately this game of political musical chairs doesn't take the welfare of the voters into account.

As West Australian, Im not very eager to carry a higher or equal tax load, to pay other broke states with their policies and watch how laws destroy our left over and outdated Industrie. The stuff we have on the West coast is old but pays the bills. The laws implemented seam to have consequences, which is always the income taxpayers problem. As a private person and business owner, I have no plans to invest anymore. The opposite is true.
The other Staates and particular Territories need to look at their own free standing funding and then live with just that.
All I can see is that tax re-distribution functions like socialism. One is working, more then 2 a living in a lifestyle until they go broke or borrow money with a big mouth year after year, since I came here in 2004. 20 years and the country has become a place to question viability.

perhaps because of speculation regarding work choices where the media spread rumours that business people were sacking people and then re employing them at a lower pay rate, however no real physical evidence was produced by the media to support their claim as fact.

The three treasures of Men, love, frugality and humility, which translate in love for country, a smaller government a humble government capable of admitting his own errors thus correct them; Once upon a time a wise man said an error doesn't translate into a mistake until we refuse to correct it. Nothing of the above is reflected by the actions of ours current government. Most of our current politicians wants more for themselves thus less for everyone else. It has to change, our electoral system needs to be simplified, Australians deserve the best man for the job on the job.

      1) You are charged with Treason

      3) All the loot you've fraudulently appropriated from

The trouble is you cannot take a politician or government at their word. I got brought up being told how things are, only to realize in time that all is not as we are told. You have to see for yourself how things are done or unfold and then compare what happens to what the say they want to happen and if you are not blind then you will see the two do not align.
