Two new features I would like to see: first, eliminate the clicking sound it makes while lifting. Not only is it very annoying, but can interrupt quiet settings, like doing emergency work during a church service. Second, give the option of using it hands free, with just foot pressure to do the lifting. Thanks, great tool!
Lot of people complaining about the price, if your a pro for whom they were made, $200 is F all, I can make that slapping in some cabinets, or one commercial window in 15 minutes! if you use them regularly they pay for themselves rapidly, and they just make you feel like a pro. Cheap tools equal cheap tradesman, equals cheap results.
I wish they were more affordable as well... 200+ usd ...is a tough pill to swallow, when .. Speed clamps are so affordable, and that's basically what this thing is.. but the design is a bit different obviously, to make it functional in the way it is. So same here, if they were 50usd dollars a pop, that' be a lot easier to deal with. BUT that being said, they are 169 euros.. so, that translates roughly to 200 usd.. so its not like its getting marked up a huge amount coming across the ocean.
Look good but way to expesive for what they are not sure how many they will sell because you need two to make it work properly . and you have to buy the thin plates as an extra whats that about ?? No wonder there are so many knocks on Ebay
